Sonesta Atlanta Airport North

Staring off with the great staff, especially Derick so fun and sweet. Super helpful throughout my weekend stay. The room had ans the amenities I needed and they offer airport transportation. The bar tended was sweet unfortunately didn’t get her name. The room was good shower needed a lil re clean and the power was finicky. Plug in one thing and stops power somewhere else lol but so many plus you will manage. All in all I’d come back.

Very clean, safe, and affordable place to spend the night after a cancelled flight.

Nice facility, convenient location, nice shower. The restaurant could do better - the person at the bar can't do everything by himself!

There's no gift shop just a little snack area. There is no shuttle to shopping area these were things we saw in booking that weren't available. They have a bar. Make sure you wake up for Benton grill breakfast only served from 6-9am you will miss if you aren't aware.

Holland was very helpful when my family first arrived. He was such a pleasure to speak with. This is my 2nd time at this hotel I came a few years ago for a family reunion. My issue was we went out for the day on Saturday and came back late around 11pm and our room wasn’t cleaned which meant we didn’t have clean towels. We are a family of 4 so normally when our room is going to be cleaned I would leave the dirty towels on the floor in the bathroom which I did. When coming bs k I was a bit upset the room wasn’t done. The next morning I spoke with a cleaning person that advised that they clean the rooms everyday and to report it to the front desk I explained my concerns to front desk. I say all that to say my family had to share towels to dry off with thst was totally unacceptable. We didn’t have ice ms Hines on our floor and had to get them downstairs in the lobby and they were out when I went. The elevators were out most of the time

I called the front desk and was told someone would come clean the room, but no one ever showed up. We also requested towels multiple times throughout our stay and never received them. The lack of cleanliness and poor response from staff made for a very frustrating experience. I would not stay here again.

Very Nice Staff!

There was only one elevator working out of three and the hallway smelled like a fish tank. I would not recommend.

The room wasn’t very clean, toilet seat was broken, leftover hair in the shower, dust on the counters. Pool was dirty, looks nothing like the pictures online. The washer machine and ice machine weren’t available

Everything was great

The staff was nice and helpful. 2 out of three elevators were broken which was very inconvenient. The room was clean and quiet. Good for someone needs to catch an early flight out in the morning. Close to the airport and the shuttle was convenient.

Nothing will not stay again

The air conditioning unit wasn’t functioning properly. The cold water was hot and the ice machine was out. Half clean the room

Everything was great.

I can't leave a good review because after we checked in at 730 PM we found out elevator was down. The check in people did not tell us, we heard it from other people staying there. I broke my foot 3 days before Sat night and there was no way wI could climb the stairs. They said the elevator would not be long but come to find out the elevator guy was not even there yet. It was after 10 PM when we got in our room. Not one employee offered us anything, came to see if we ok or come to give us any update.

It was a nice place to stay before heading to the airport. They have a shuttle to the airport too!

The room was great and having the free shuttle to the airport was great. All the drivers were awesome. The breakfast was delicious but pricey for a buffet.
