Millennium Hotel Durham

My stay was terrible front desk stuff didn’t smile just not welcoming at all day two I asked the young lady sitting desk if she could ask housekeeping to clean my room nd change linen please this girl couldn’t even look up from her phone she was like yea there be there in a sec I said can you please have them change the linen this was eleven in the morning we got back 7 at night the room wasn’t touched not even the trash o and breakfast was terrible not much to choose from especially if you don’t eat pork they watch you while u fix your food while your eating there was only water and coffee to drink

The hotel is beautiful. And BIG. The bed was comfy and the breakfast was delicious. Will DEFINITELY be staying again.

Location perfect if you are needing to Access the Triangle Area (Raleigh, Durham and Chapel Hill). Definitely recommend! Of course I will be back when in the area.

I think they probably took the hotel over sometime recently it's a good old older hotel with they put paint on it and and doing a doing a good job of making it nice.. if you're expecting a five-star hotel it's not that but it does have the amenities and it's convenient labor located in it's clean and it's they you know an internal corridor regular hotel and a decent shape my room was clean and and nice a good value for the money I thought

This was by far the worst experience ever. Before I go into that detail the hotel was beautiful and clean and the room was spectacular. However the front desk attendant was extremely rude and unprofessional. I am handicap with paralyzation on my left side I walked with a cane I specifically indicated that I needed a room close to the elevator to avoid having long walks from my room to maneuver through the hotel. Not only did she stick me in a room the further it's away from a elevator possible but she gave me the wrong room key and I had to wait 20 minutes after she argue with me(melissa) after I told her that I could not physically walk back downstairs to get a new room key and back upstairs again. Finally 20 minutes later she sends security( roland) upstairs to help me who was extremely professional and went above expectations to resolve the situation. Unfortunately the new room that she sent him upstairs with was not cleaned or had been occupied as was the first room that she sent me to it was not cleaned, I found that out later once I finally got settled into a room. Addition when I knew she tried to call about this to get into a correct room she answered the phone three times and put me on hold as soon as she said hello basic customer service training can fix misbehavior. Also there were no Bell carts to transport our things a whole trunk load of stuff because we had been traveling on the road for hours . The distance from my room to the elevator was 200 yds one way

Overall, hotel was very clean, quiet, easily accessible by vehicle. Staff was friendly and accommodating.

The day was good that’s all I have to say about it

Very nice and clean. Had to pay $24 for two people to eat breakfast even though it was advertised at $10 a person. I was also told when I booked the room there would be a $20 room deposit. However, I was charged $100. Other than the price discrepancies, it was a good place to stay and it was close to everything I needed during this stay.

Very clean and quiet. Location is excellent proximity to restaurants and Duke campus.

Clean room and free parking

No need to there is a critical need to update establishment swimming pool Sauna Bar washing machine

Nos gustó estar en este hotel,,todo muy limpio, el desayuno muy bueno, muy tranquila la estancia,,sus áreas muy agradable,,,,el trato muy bueno. El único señalamiento es que no había secadora en la habitación,,,a mi no me hizo falta, pero lo comento por si a otros huéspedes la necesitan,,,pero para mi todo OK.

Nice staff, ok rooms. Could use an update as the property is somewhat run down
