Breakfast is not included. $15 per person per day. They are renovating so apart of the building is blocked off as well as the main entrance. My floor was also one of the newly renovated however there was dust from construction everywhere. My first room on the newly renovated floor did not have functioning a/c and there was a dirty towel left in the shower which makes me think they don't thoroughly clean. The front desk quickly moved my room to another renovated room. The a/c barely worked 65 degrees was more like 69-70 degrees and the room smelt like mildew with the a/c on. The bed was very comfortable. I see that are trying their best to go with an updated classy look but without the rooms thoroughly clean and some good ac it really ruins it.

I specifically selected this hotel because there was a hot tub listed among the amenities, but it was closed presumably to the renovations were apparently underway. The AC in the room was not able to cool the room, so it was a very hot night. would not stay again.

Hotel did not let us do an early check in. We arrived a hour before the check in time. Room was a little dated but nice that there was a mini fridge and microwave.

Great hotel to stay at loved every minute of it rooms were perfect staff very friendly and I will be here again

Very nice hotel with very reasonable rates. Very friendly staff. Rooms were decorated beautifully, offered plenty of room, and were very clean. I will return to this hotel the next time I’m in town.

It was nice nothing fancy

I give it 5 stars only because it was nice, neat, and clean. When we got there the tv wasn't working. We waited an hour for someone to come. We ended up going to the pool for 2 hours. We waited 30 minutes for towels to which we never received them. When we went back to the room the tv still wasn't fixed. I called back down to guest services for the 3rd time for a man to ask me what I want them to do. They did move us into another room.

Everything was great no complaints for real, the hallways could be vacuumed more frequently. The stay was great overall.

Luego de llamar en varias ocasiones resulta que no me pueden reembolsar mi dinero, según el hotel. Donde el manager ese Nunca estaba disponible. No son empaticos, me tomaron mi dinero, no vallan a ese hotel. La trate de cancelar a Los dos minutos. Tampoco used Expedía, no ayudan a los usuarios. Desde hoy a usar otras app👌

The older woman at the front desk was very rude and seemed upset anytime you asked for help. My husband and I asked for 2 forks and were told they don’t carry them, but what about the plastic forks used for breakfast? The woman at the bar was extremely rude and we will never be returning to the art bar due to her disrespect. We asked for forks since the front desk didn’t have any and we were told they were only for paying customers after we had already spent our whole afternoon at the bar PAYING for drinks and plenty of food. We were deeply disappointed with the staff and quality of the hotel as there were any roaches inside of room and the staff was extremely rude.

They advertised on their website that breakfast was included only to find out they charge you. I don’t know why they are not transparent about that in their website.

Honestly, everything was pretty good. The only thing was the refrigerator did not work so the food inside was no good. Everything else was awesome.

“Wouldn’t stay there again” in the middle or the start of a renovation which we didn’t know. Our floor carpet smelled stale opening the suit door to room smelled awful (very strong) carpet smell like a chemical use for dry cleaning. Toilet seat loose towel rack falling off. Went to the pool to go swimming got to the entrance inside pool area dog poop and urine smell in different area’s water( floor ) Green. Some staff did a god job but others just ok. Oh yes! when you arrive to temporary main entrance door, door very dirty main entrance being renovated and only one door opens (two doors to entry) walking through to the front desk is clean. Clean Restaurant/ bar, staff did a great job in service. Parking on weekends hard to fine a space you will have to walk a distance to entrance.

The staff location and room and bed are excellent and comfortable

Good hotel, unfortunately we came while they were in the renovation process but overall still a good hotel
