This is a very unique stay. We parked right on High Street with no issues. I was really pleasantly surprised by how quiet the room was, given the location. The rooms are special, but old, and there were some maintenance issues. Still, I'd stay there again. The beds and comfortable and the shower worked great. You get lots of bathroom amenities if you need them.

The rooms are big and spacious with good amenities and overall clean. The chalet is located in the Colfax avenue which is crowded with homeless people and very loud and risky at night. I cut my hand with a piece of broken glass on the floor of the room while stretching. And when coming back to the chalet after my morning run a homeless was waiting in front of the door for me to do the code and manage to walk in. Minutes later at least 6 homeless in unusual state had entered and were blocking the exit. I got yelled at and spat on in the Airbnb. I am travelling alone and do not recommend this location to anyone who is travelling by themselves. Not safe.

The location was interesting. Free parking a block or so away which was no big deal. I liked the no contact check-in as well. Codes sent to email for security.

Pretty cool building, not fancy at all. The neighborhood was terrible! So bad that you didn’t want to go outside the building for anything, had to park 2 blocks away, and worried about my truck all night.

Good value for money! The hotel is old fashioned and the neighborhood is iffy. So it's good for solo travellers but not families as such. Amenities were good with kitchen and bathroom. AC is decent enough

I liked that it was affordable and had free street parking. I liked the historical charm of the building and room. I liked that they were responsive and allowed an early check in. The beds were comfy and the space was large. The maintenance man was friendly and took care of our needs. There were a lot of transient people up and down the block most were friendly but it was hard to walk passed people asking for money or other things was nicer a few blocks east. We definitely ubered late that evening.

It was a unique experience, the property was very old but very well taken care of It was fun staying in a time period of that nature. It was located far from town and the homeless were all around. The streets were dirty and the whole neighborhood was worn out.

Old Victorian full of character! Easy check in.

This is an older boutique hotel that has a lot of personality and is well kept. The beds were comfortable. Although staff is ot on site, they stay in contact and were very responsive with communication.

I had such a wonderful stay here! The outside and inside looked like a storybook, and it was so clean. The staff were so friendly and truly helpful to me when I ran into issues caused by my own situation. Thank you to them for accommodating me, I hope to visit again!
