We have reached out to management over half a dozen times and they have not returned a call or an email about us leaving

Location is great … but Halcyon is FULLY priced. To make matters worse, we identified lower prices after we booked but were unable to cancel and rebook (beware hotels.com, Expedia, etc.). Lastly, the couch and mattress were ridiculously old and tired … unacceptable quality considering the room rate. There are a number of other hotels in the neighborhood, will likely give another spot a try next time.

I love the extra touches at the hotel. Water and snacks in the hallway and a gathering area in lobby. Havre never used the bikes and other sporty remtals but I aspire

had $35 drink allowance wasnt informed about, learned at check out. their comment ‘check in people must have been new’. no offer to make it right

The staff is lovely, the room is clean, comfortable and large, free coffee and wine are a plus!

I would never stay here again. The food is terrible and staff not helpful at all. Extremely over priced for a subpar less than mediocre experience.

We love the location and have stayed here before. The staff are kind and helpful We were so disappointed that the pool area had half the deck closed for a party. The party wasn’t until later but they had closed off that area for the day and crammed all the pool lounges in a small section. Additionally they still gave out day passes to people so as hotel guests we couldn’t find a seat to sit. They should not be giving out day passes when there isn’t even seating for hotel guests. It was not the same experience that we have been use to at this hotel. Some people brought their own snacks as we sat and paid for food. It seemed cheap and tacky. It felt more like a public park than the hotel we have grown to love.

EVERYTHING! We love this property, it’s the best! The Staff amazing, couldn’t be any nicer! The upbeat Vibe is great…it’s a cozy sophisticated boutique hotel in the perfect Cherrycreek location . Wouldn’t stay anywhere else.

This is a GREAT hotel. Rooms and public areas are spotless, like new and FUN. Staff was very professional and accommodating. Parking Staff very helpful on a very busy street and almost no wait to pick up the car when leaving.
