I have never met a friendlier staff than at the Ritz Dallas. Wow. Amazing job. We loved our stay the beds were wonderful. Recommend the spa and if you go add the oxygen infusion, you won’t regret it.

Everything was great from as soon as we arrived, until the time we left. The Ritz never disappoints. The staff is great. The hotel is very nice and clean. It’s is a great location and easy to get to. There is nothing not to like. The Ritz is always a great experience when traveling out of town.
