Overall we had a good experience. We enjoyed the water park area a lot, which was our main reason for booking at Hilton Anatole. Our room was outdated and had a musty smell, the bathroom had no ventilation which made the room feel humid, this was a first for us, every hotel we have stayed at has a working vent in the bathroom.

The staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the pool and lazy river. We asked to switch our room from the tower to the atrium to be near friends and they were very kind and accommodating. The room was clean and comfortable.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room was good sized, very clean, and the beds were super comfy. Water park was clean and not packed and there were attentive lifeguards. Numerous options for food and drinks on the property. Food was delicious.

The alarm clocks wake you up at 6am unless you check them and turn them off before you go to bed. Sadly I didn't check the clock, since I wasn't setting an alarm. It woke us up at 6am

All the staff were so nice , the entire place was nice and clean. Our room was absolutely amazing, my only thing is I wished it had a microwave. I will return .

The people, the staff!!! Everyone we came across during our stay was So refreshingly warm, accommodating, and friendly. We loved the amenities and the fact that there was so much to do on the hotel grounds. The food, delicious especially the breakfast. Shout out to Veronica Mendoza the hostess at Media!!!

The beds were comfortable and the pool was fantastic. Be aware that the drinks at the pool already have gratuity added to the bill.

Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. We ate at two of the restaurants, and both were delicious. The pool area is very crowded, and we were unable to find a chair, so unfortunately, we did not use it, which was disappointing. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. I would recommend getting to the pool very early to secure a chair.
