I wouldn’t stay at crown again unless they do an overhaul of the property.

Way too over priced. The chair on our balcony was broken since we arrived and never replaced, despite requesting the switch. House keeping came everyday (which was great) but the hotel must have run out of towels because they never were able to replace the amount removed from the room so I kept having to request more, which usually was not available. The whole floor (12th floor) hallway smelled damp and moldy. I was significantly disappointed.

Maybe the staff was friendly It looks completely different in the pictures , it just wasnt what I expected for the price I paid , the elevators shake alot and creeps me out .

The location was quite good if you want to explore the city, and the hotel was a mix of fancy and well used. You could see the tear and wear both on the rooms, and the pool. We loved the pool and the way you got a good view over the city. The staff werw also friendly. We payed extra for breakfast through booking.com in advance and ran into issues the first day. We booked a three person room and assumed that ment we had booked breakfast for all three of us. According to the hotel that only ment for two people, so we ended up having to pay extra to get the last person in. We also ended up having to pay a mandatory gratitude on top of the breakfast bill pr person pr day. Because of this I will not recomend booking breakfast with the hotel through this website because it only causes a mess. I will say that the staff was trying to help us solve the issue, and that "booking.com" also ended up refunding us the breakfast bill for the last person. Still it was not an okey situation as it felt like there were hidden cost that we were not aware of before paying extra to have breakfast. Another weird thing was when our room was cleaned the first day they only left us two new towels, and didnt give us any more toilet paper.

Clean Housekeepers don’t come everyday.
