The room was spacious. However, upon entering the bedroom, a wall light was found with broken lights. Immediately reported to front desk. Later, discovered drains in sinks were slow in draining; again, reported to front desk. Rugs in elevators were old and worn. During the morning of departure, could not find a cart to help transport heavy luggage from room to vehicle. Had to take multiple trips to vehicle with luggage. None of the supposedly four carts were observed at the entrance or on the main floor. Suggest putting electronic devices to locate missing carts.

Excellent! Perfect room, very clean. Quiet room. Convenient. No issues at all. I travel a lot and I’m very picky on hotels. This one was spot on.

This was a wonderful place to stay for the weekend! The staff were very helpful and accommodating when things were needed, such as extra towels or coffee/cups for the room. Housekeeping was great picking up the room while we were out and keeping toiletries stocked!

Location is fine. We did not eat there. Toilet seat was broken. Toilet fill valve was broken. Room had a bad odor. TV remote was not working correctly.

Very nice hotel

The rooms were spacious comfortable, and it was fairly inexpensive. Best hotel of our trip.

Parking and getting to the lobby is easy here, and checking in went fast and smooth. I was given my room keys and off I went . Upon reaching the room at quick glance it looked ok, but once you really start looking, the place is showing some pretty decent wear. My couch had a few ..stains on it, some of the baseboards were starting to peel off the walls, (I get it, wear and tear happens) but what really got me was the bathroom. On the wall at the back side of the toilet were some form of fluid stains clearly visible in the wallpaper (I don’t even want to know) to the left AND right of the toilet , which is pretty disgusting. That was enough to throw off the vibe of the stay, and though the bedding was comfortable and the room was quiet , I just couldn’t get comfortable imagining what else lurked cleanliness wise that I couldn’t see.

The guy that was working the front desk on 5/8/26 around 3pm helped when my panicking wife called because I wasnt responded to get up for an early flight. He went above and beyond to clam my wife over the phone. I was unresponsive because of extremely low blood suger. He knocked on the door and kept calling the room till I came out of it and was able to bring my sugar up. I used to be one of America's heroes and today he was mine. Thank you!

Room was clean, beds comfortable

I had a very good stay this time around. I stayed Apr 29-30 an the room was filthy. I gave them another try an stayed Apr 30-1 an it was excellent like I have known it to be. The lady at the desk who help check me in was also very helpful an knowledgeable, she was very nice also. The room was clean, parking is always easy. I don’t know about breakfast as I have never ate there but they do have a nice bar.
