Expensive, good pub like restaurant, staff helpful, self parking

Sink was very slow to drain. Tub/shower very slippery. Advertised on website that they have a shuttle to the airport but they do not. Had to get an Uber. Not worth $400 a night. Breakfast was good.

Everything was commendable. The stench of cigarette smoke throughout spaces outside the casino on ground level, especially the huge lobby, was the only negative. The smell is obvious and greets you immediately when entering from outdoors.

Good place to stay. Only drawback no food available after 10pm

The hotel was beautiful and clean. The restaurants were nice and the casino was fun. The staff were kind and professional. The only complaint we had was that the bed was really uncomfortable. Otherwise, our stay was excellent!

We stayed four nights and not once were we contacted by housekeeping staff to see if we wanted the room cleaned or additional linens. I don't know if this is protocol for a more than one night stay, but I found it unusual.

Front counter staff was exceptional

Everything was dirty including the tub and when I complained about it they said “ok”. I definitely don’t recommend this place

Check in took a few minutes but was good. Staff was friendly and apologized for the delay. No problems.

We ate in the sports bar and while the service was good, can’t say the same about the food. We were there for a concert and while every other hotel had a shuttle, they didn’t. We ended up with Uber. Not a big deal but

-maybe have a security guard by the arcade entrance like you do the casino to make them feel extra special.

Always a great place to stay when traveling through Iowa..Always friendly, clean and comfortable.

Overpriced

It was wonderful we come about 2 time's a year always a wonderful experience but the only thing no microwaves in rooms or anywhere else

There were several families with children staying at the hotel, myself included with a child. To have next to zero food options to take the family to on property was poor. I ordered carry out from the sports bar and when I went to get it with my 5 year old, the man at the host stand told me my FIVE year old could stay up front in a corner and I could walk to the kitchen and get the food. Excuse me? I asked him to have the food brought to the front - like any normal carry out restaurant does without having to ask - and he was more than irritated. Who tells a parent to leave their young child alone?

I had one of the worst experiences in this hotel/casino. While I was waiting for the chek in I got approached by security, they asked me for my ID and tried to take a picture of it, after that they asked me for my date of birth. They said I look suspicious.

No coffee pot in the room.
