Our room 323 had mold on the walls. The pool was close. The back entrance door doesn't have a lock. Anyone can just come in out without the key card.

I liked the restaurant next door. Great food and awesome service. The breakfast was meh. Watered down eggs. Minimal selections. Too many guests not enough food. Ac not working in lobby and room. Pool wasn't available but not advertised on website. Looks like someone tried to break in and TV wasn't in first room switched to another room where ac wasn't working properly. Carpet throughout hotel was filthy including elevator carpet. Roach in room only 1 set of towels. Looked like a bloody booger was on the room wall. I told staff upon check out that I wanted a refund but they offered a 20$ credit. I was told to request through booking.com for a refund only got a 24$ credit.

The room itself was clean and ac was working well. We did need towels and toilet paper.The backdoor to the hotel didn’t lock, so I felt insecure. The breakfast was eggs and biscuits, no bacon or sausage. I believe the price was a little high for the quality.

Most the floors stunk of weed, the front staff wasn’t very helpful at all made us wait till they were done on their phones before helping us check in. The door lock did not work and they could not repair and with the right amount of force it would pop open, along with the air in room not working properly woke up sweating, the door to shower didn’t close properly so floor would get wet again staff would not help with problems had to ask multiple times for towels and was told that I could only get one even tho there was two of us would not suggest staying here

Where to start. The room was below average and the shower was really bad. No soap shelf nothing to steady yourself like a handle or bar the room smelled musky…. The pool has been out of order for months. The staff is very apologetic but this is the second time in 3 months I’ve stayed here so I could see my grandchildren and NO POOL IN THE SUMMER IN TEXAS!!!! 😡. There’s more but wow. Really bad.

As soon as you walk in the building the maintenance workers were hanging outside I thought thats was ghetto. Once inside you get hit with the hot air of the lobby ac wasn't working. When we went to our room we got greeted by a roach and the smell of mildew. I turned on the shower and it was burly dripping water. I looked at my husband and said we aint staying here. We all went downstairs and asked for refund. One of the reasons I had also booked our stay there was because they have a indoor pool we walked by it and it was closed, I guess it wasn't working either. We got our money back and booked at the Aloft. Will never book there again.

One of the reason why we booked here was because they had a indoor pool but it was closed the whole weekend which was a big disappointment we got to our room later at night I wanted to shower and the shower head completely came out out of no where my husband had to put it back in place. I went to tell the front desk and they guys just stare at me like if was crazy . The next day the a/c stop working when to say something to the front desk and he said there was nothing he could do . The whole weekend the room was super hot ! Over all bad experience here wouldn’t be coming back

Bed was comfortable. Stayed at way worse. Just a solid hotel. Pillows were meh, water pressure was non existent, breakfast was ok.

Hot everywhere except in our room. Flys when trying to enjoy breakfast.

Desk staff were not friendly. Refused 2:15 check-in. Lobby was hot and pool was closed with no forewarning.

My second room the door didn’t lock. Told the front desk. Was told they would fix it and never got fixed. That room vents were also very dusty. Never had a problem before. I have been coming here for 5 years and this is the first time any of this happened in our trip.
