parking is not included. It’s a daily rate of $10 for night. The 1818 restaurant downstairs is privately owned is seems to be hit or miss on the reviews. My wife and kid had breakfast there and it was mediocre. They seem short staffed.

It was directly on the beach & the room was clean. We enjoyed the cookies. The hotel smells damp! The breakfast was horrible. You shouldn’t be charging for breakfast that would be free at a 2 star hotel. The food should be freshly cooked to order for the price we paid.

We had a very enjoyable stay and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone considering it. The location was also perfect – just off the beach and walking distance to several attractions and restaurants.

Everything was perfect. Front desk very helpful and friendly! Restaurant was excellent. Great location, walk out the door to beach, plus nice pool. All very clean. Will be back! Pillows, but I am picky with sensitive neck...I don't know why I didn't take my own. King size bed pretty worn out, but not horrible. Everything else was perfect.

In the middle to many places in Corpus. Walking distance to restaurants, gift shops, attractions. View from window, we paid extra for ocean view but the roof top was kinda blocking the view.

Great location. The pool team take pride in keeping it clean and balanced especially being so close to the beach. There was someone with a boom box playing music. The sound was great but music should be by hotel staff just in case it wasn’t. All it takes is one song for someone to get offended. Thankfully they played respectful music for everyone. There was nothing I didn’t like.

I loved it and the staff I loved how the manager in the bar area was helping his staff clean up. I loved it here and being close to the beach made it worth it. This will be my favorite place to stay next time and in the future

Our "FULL" Bay view. We saw more of the roof next to us. Then, we did the ocean, which is what we like to see more of the ocean. And we did kill one roach in our room.My daughter took a picture.

The view was great. Staff was friendly. Restaurant food was good. Pool was nice. The morning we checked out something was going on with the water. The shower had little to no cold water. Other than that everything was great.
