Four Points By Sheraton Dallas Fort Worth Airport North

It was a lovely stay and they accommodated after our first room was not ready despite it saying it was. They were very kind and welcoming! 10/10 recommend staying! Super convenient with a great shuttle service to the airport! Just absolutely loved my stay!

My stay was with more than I expected the staff went above and beyond

The room is clean, but it’s a little far from the airport. Had to take an Uber to the hotel. Staff are friendly.

Hotel was spacious and clean. Staff was very helpful. However, once we stepped inside the room, there was a musty smell. That was the only side down to the hotel.

We were given a nice gift due to status and points for our stay

We stayed here after a very late night and a canceled connecting flight. It was a last minute book and it did the job. Restaurant is open til 10, we grabbed something right before they closed. I was thankful they were open because without a car, there was very little option for my travel weary kiddos. Small selection and it took 40 minutes for mediocre food. Shuttle was nice, but they leave at the top of the hour instead of every 30 minutes, which would have been nicer. Front staff was fine, but not particularly warm or friendly. I would have liked a free continental breakfast, but last minute, it was nice to not have to sleep in the airport.

We had a flight cancelation at DFW. Our stay was brief but the staff and room was very nice and id absolutely stay there again

The reason I booked this is because they have an airport shuttle nowhere. Does it say that you have to call the hotel which by the way is impossible because it goes to a reservations desk number can’t talk to a human. Waited for an hour ended up paying $60 to get an Uber to go 5 miles…. When we got there, the person that checked us in said well you needed to call us and let us know you were there. We don’t have a shuttle that just does a rotation through the airport. I said you should state that clearly I would not have booked here. Had I known that I ended up spending 60 extra dollars for nothing. The room was nice but because of the bad experience, I will never come here again and what airport hotel doesn’t have a rotational shuttle????

This was the second time we stayed at this hotel and again we had a great experience! Highly recommend this hotel!

No complaints! Very quiet and clean.

The bed was either comfy, or I was too tired to notice that it was uncomfortable, but I slept like a rock. They didn’t answer the phone, so I wasn’t able to take advantage of their airport shuttle and had to pay $50 for an Uber from the airport in the middle of the night. The staff at the front desk was arranging a shuttle transport when I was checking in and she told me that their policy was to take care of a line at the front desk before answering the phone. So basically if they are helping someone at the front desk, they will not answer the phone. I understand the theory behind it, but at least pick up the phone and ask the person on the phone to hold. She then told me that there was a manager on site if I wanted to talk to the manager. Like WTF, why can’t the manager answer phones if they are on site. The manager wasn’t at the front desk helping people at the front desk. Their was hair and pubes all over the bathroom, there wasn’t a TV remote anywhere in site, so I couldn’t watch TV, and half the lights in the room didn’t work. The cherry on top? The house keepers knocked on my door multiple times starting at 6am and then didn’t stop knocking until I answered the door, and then would apologize. Like WTF!? I legit just wanted to sleep.

The lobby and restaruant. The rooms were pretty nice but bathroom could use updateing Had problems with the shower.

Clean affordable rooms, friendly and helpful staff. Came in clutch after a canceled flight. Our first room the TV didn't work. But we got a new room with a functional TV the next day.

The overall positive is the location being by the airport

Our room was extremely clean and new looking. The breakfast we ordered to go was fresh and flavorful. The staff were very friendly and responsive.
