The front desk was very helpful. Shoutout to Marcus at check in! If I could find anything to complain about, it would be that perhaps the bedding wasn’t the best quality. The sheets felt very thin. Otherwise, we were happy with our stay.

The manager & all the staff were superb. Staying at this hotel is about my 3rd or 4th time staying there. I wish I remember the names of these two employees because they truly out did themselves. The valet personnel as well are so friendly. None to report

Staff was very friendly and professional. She provided great service and answered questions that I had. Breakfast was a surprise, especially the selection; eggs, sausage, fried potatoes, waffles, cereal, bagels and toast. Room was very quiet despite being close to the runways. All in all, a great room within walking distance to the skyway to get to the airport

All the hotels by Atlanta airport had shuttles except for Tru. It would have been great if Tru had a shuttle too.

So close to the airport, yet it was quiet and dark in the room! Very easy for a good night’s sleep before an early flight

Didn't use any of the amenities. Stayed a night to catch an early flight. Price was very good but expect a large fee for parking your car. The parking fee is the reason for a 4 vs a 5 star rating. The fee should better disclosed in the pricing
