Quality Inn & Suites

Property is old and not very clean. Only cold water in the bathroom sink. Surprisingly, the beds were not too bad. Breakfast was terrible. The sign stated that the breakfast hours began at 5:00am. We went at 6:30am. Coffee machine was broken. There was a carafe of coffee but it was empty. When I asked the girl at the front desk, she looked up from her phone and informed me that the breakfast lady does not come until 7:00pm. The girl continued playing on her phone. The only breakfast items available were day old hard boiled eggs, a few yogurts and waffles. At 7:30am when we checked out, there still was no coffee. I do not recommend this hotel.

had to use the bathroom downstairs because ours did not work and no one came to look at it.

Pretty nice hotel for near Atlanta Airport. Excellent service to and from airport, nice rooms with in room coffee and comfortable beds. Breakfast was the only letdown...not well stocked, coffee machine broken and thermos held cold, watery coffee. Awful yogurt. Stale pastries. Not the usual Quality Inn breakfast....needs improvement. Otherwise a nice stay.

Pros: There was a free shuttle to and from the airport that runs every 30mins which was extremely convenient. The room itself wasn’t the worst. It was clean and the AC worked well. Good enough for a 2 night stay but no more than that.

There was dust on the room coffee pot with stagnant water and floating debris.

The carpet needed a clean it was very dirty The gym was not fit for purpose Breakfast was ok for the price of the room The shower/bath needed a repair

Quality Inn is definitely one of the better hotels in that area it’s one of my constant go to’s for my mini staycations

It was a house maid that came and knocked on the door when I first got there and was trying to sell me a hair cap. I was very uncomfortable. Please speak with staff.

We had a very long layover at Atlanta Airport and Quality Inn & Suites Atlanta helped us perfectly.....close to the airport, shuttle services and graciously agreed to late check-out, at a reasonable charge.

This hotel was covienient as it is close to the airport. It could use some TLC and updating. It was not the cleanest. I didn't feel confident getting in the tub...and thus brought cleanser and scrubbed it myself. The breakfast was appreciated but, very limited. When it ran out it was not replenished. The waffel maker was the highlight. The staff was helpful enough and pleasant for the most part. This hotel is proof that you get what you pay for. I give it 2 and a half stars. It was not the worst hotel I've stayed in ....but, it was a little rough. The convenience of being near the airport was its saving grace.

Our flights were canceled in Dallas making us unable to arrive on our designated date. I called and went through Expedia to notify the hotel. When we arrived the next day, we were told we had been a no show and our reservation was canceled. No room was offered for the other two nights we had booked. They are not refunding any of our pre-payment.

Price was good ,no complaints.

They never changed the garbage therefore the hallway smelled very bad. Just like spoiled garbage.

This place I would NOT recommend the room smell so moldy and wet. I had to buy a candle so I can sleep in the room and room spray. I asked the front desk for a set of towels and was told I had to wait until 9am the next day when housekeeping is on the premises. Totally unacceptable will not be staying there again and would not recommend.

I entered the room and there where dirty towels on the counter and chicken bones on the bed the room was not clean at all
