Good location a bit run down but served it’s purpose

We started with a room that had an ac unit was not working and the phone with no ring tone. I then went down to the front desk. They immediately changed our room and they were headed up to fix the room in question. Thanks for helping us enjoy our stay. Much appreciated.

Booked this room last minute due to a flight cancellation, friendly staff was helping everyone get checked in and the free shuttle to the airport in the morning was very nice!

Still waiting on my refund since May though...

Nice hotel for a quick stay

Pretty close to the ATL airport. Has shuttle to and from airport, kind of a long wait though and the shuttle bus was stuffy and hot. Friendly front desk staff. Rooms were clean, breakfast was stocked in the morning with a good amount of options. Lobby was kept clean by housekeeping staff and they were friendly too. Pool was closed unfortunately. Stayed for two nights due to a rebooking and would definitely stay again.

Located next to the airport, Not bad for a budget hotel. Easy parking.. Breakfast was OK.

We booked through expedia and when we arrived at the hotel there was a long line waiting to check in. We ended up finding out that the hotel overbooked and canceled everyone's reservation that booked through a third party. It was very late and many people were left stranded with no help from the staff. Very very poor service.

Clean and front desk staff were super nice! Great experience.

It was amazing to stay there

We ended up leaving the same day because the room had a very strong, unpleasant odor that made it uncomfortable to stay.

Upon arrival, when we opened our door, we walked into a room that was in the process of being painted. Had to go back down to the lobby to be reassigned a different room. The next morning, I had to take a cold shower and shavd with cold water as there was no hot water. My wife was unable because she would refuse to take a cold shower. When I tried to make a phone call from the room, the phone didn’t work. Needless to say, not a great stay.

If you want to be worried about your car and have nowhere to go eat dinner nearby that you are sure about then this is the place for you. Just in general the area is not great around the airport. Nothing glamorous about the room but it was a place to stay. The appliances are loud. Bathroom was outdated looking. Outside of the hotel needs an update. Just sketchy. I won’t be back but it’s not the worst in the world. Also it smelled pretty ripe in the lobby when I got there.

Room was clean and staff was helpful

Each staff we spoke to Delmi, DJ, Kazi, Tamara and Makina were all very friendly and kindly answered our questions during both of our stays last week. Check in and check out were quick and easy. Thank you everyone for making our stay lovely and welcoming. Am booking again for one of our party again this week as he was also quite pleased last week.

I rented because I thought it had a pool. Why would it be closed in June? All in all it’s close to the airport which was what I needed and convenient. It’s not the normal type of hotel I stay in, but it served its purpose.

Pool was never opened. Its mid June pool should be opened. Room needed a deep clean and not a once over.
