Clean room

Every one was friendly and professional.

Amazing staff. Very very clean property. Very clean room. Good included breakfast. My only complaint is that the rooms are outdated. It looks like they remodeled the lobby but didn’t touch the rooms. I even took a shower with my sandals on. I think the property is a little overpriced for what it was.

The staff was very friendly and kind. The hotel itself is a bit old and outdated. Our TV was very small and the Netflix app worked extremely slowly. Our microwave didn’t work properly. The pool was nice though for the kids and well maintained. I would have liked daily maid service but they only came twice in 5 days. Beds were firm and comfy. For the price it’s a nice little hotel. Oh and breakfast waffles were great.

The property was clean and the staff were friendly. I’d recommend this property. One word of caution. Do not book any hotels with Expedia if you need any variation in your plans as they are totally unhelpful.

-Clean outside, common areas, and room -Breakfast as the norm. Belgian Waffle irons x 2, 2 choices of hot food under hoods, dry cereals, hot packaged oatmeal, lots of bread options , a toaster oven (with jellies, cream cheese, butter) yogurts, fresh and cut fruit, Juice apple and orange, milk Coffee all needed condiments. only possible negative at Breakfast was the hot selections; no potatoes, folded cheese omelets with thin sliced ham on one morning, the next mo rning. scrambled eggs and bacon in one of the hot covered pans. The other hot selection pan had prepackaged, preheated items such as a blue berry muffin, sausage egg cheese biscuit, or a ham and cheese croissant. The Belgian waffles are always a good choice. Plenty of choices Room AC worked well, 69° with the plush comfy bedding a moderate firm mattress and quiet surroundings made for great sleeping conditions TV is smaller than most facility's. Very few electric plug options. No USB plug in Small cooling fridge (no temp adjustment, no freezer) Newer carpet, clean bathroom, plenty of hot water with good strong stream, excellent room darkening curtains. 1 elevator 3 floors pet friendly 75lbs limit 2 pet limit $75 per stay

The room was clean it's a little bit older Hotel but still in very good shape. Staff was excellent very helpful breakfast was okay more fresh fruit would have been nice. And it was very convenient for all our activities in Clermont

I have been coming to Clermont for an event every year and this has turned out to be the best location N/A

The room, bed, bathroom and towels were clean. The cable was supper slow if you tried to watch Youtube. Very disappointed about that. I believe the hotel is reasonably priced but is not at Marriott's other hotels level. However, I felt safe in its surroundings and that's very important for a solo, female traveler. A shout out to Cara, the lady on the cleaning staff who was so friendly and accommodating on my request.

The room was clean and comfortable. The location was close to a lot of restaurants. The ac was a little loud.

If you are handicap, be aware that the accessible rooms are falsely portrayed on the website. There is no shower seat, just a very dangerous high sided tub. Desk clerk was super sweet, but had no explanation as to why there was no seat as listed and in photographs
