The staff were very kind and helpful. There could be a concierge that provides advice on day tours to Bangkok and other sights.

The location was great! The smell was really bad. There was a cockroach running on my bed. The staff only smiled and apologized but didn't do anything more than that.

- staff is nice - room and facility is work unlucky that night they has customer staff event on 12 floors, it is so noisy and some drunk people.

Breakfast was good - not sure if my breakfast was normal, or better than average due to a major sporting event happening with athletes in the hotel. Staff were nice to me, room was clean, no issues with room, bathroom etc. My only concern is that there was not any particular motorcycle parking for customers. I was very clearly told to park where the employees had parked their scooters, outside of a lunch or break room. I had almost brought a much larger, heavier motorcycle, and space would have been difficult. What if I brought a car? Shouldn't I have had customer parking? I was blocking somebody else's bike, and I definitely would not want a stranger moving my 170 kg motorcycle back and forth out of the way. I am probably in a small minority of customers who would drive a motorcycle to the hotel. If I come back I hope that this thing in particular could improve. Nothing happened to the smaller motorcycle I did bring, I am just apprehensive about bringing my other bike.

The hotel is clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and good air-conditioning. Staff were friendly and check-in was fast and smooth. The location is also convenient—close to restaurants and main roads. The soundproofing could be improved, as I could hear some noise from the hallway. The breakfast options nice ♥️

The “couch” in the 1 bedroom suite living room wasn’t great, but for the price it isn’t worth taking off any stars.

Good stop off on way to Trat, very comfy beds, very friendly staff. Not a very touristy area, but many restaurants near this hotel. Breakfast choice was very poor, everything was cold.

A convenient place for transportation, good food and comfortable stay. Hotel didn't provide a toothbrush. Some of us didn't bring a toothbrush while traveling as it is a common amenity provided by a hotel. We had to ask for it.

The location is close to Bangsaen beach The room looks untidy, the curtains are all torn and the sink is all full of molds
