Small issue with rain water leaking into my room but maintenance come to check it out less than 5 minutes after I reported the issue and management provided a break on the bill overall 4.5 stars

For 900$ for one night we had nothing but troubles

Good location - easy walk to multiple places in the city plus a very short walk to a Brown Line station.

Pretty cool hotel…. Will recommend and visit again!

That has no parking

We booked through Expedia and chose a double queen with a walk in shower pictured. Unfortunately, these rooms only have tub/shower combo. I was instructed to follow up with the front desk and Heidi was extremely helpful and professional. Our room was promptly changed to a King with a wonderful city view. Because of her willingness to be so helpful, she elevated our stay and made our time spent much more enjoyable. The entire staff was very attentive and helpful. Hotel amenities are extremely convenient. The location is great to be away from the congestion but perfect for ride share pick up and walking along the river.

Worst experience I've ever had. Room smelled like smoke and gaslighted by staff that refused to acknowledge. Left immediately and received no refund. Luckily Expedia was extremely helpful and accommodating. Would not recommend.

The view was amazing for sure, the room was clean.

We ended trip early bc our room smelled like smoke and the air conditioner was so loud that we could not sleep. Horrible experience

Everything but the inconvenience of no rest room when arriving in the lobby. Had to go to the 15th floor- weird. Then again the switching of elevators which when on the15th, people showed us the guest elevator to take to the 20th, and they weren’t the right ones. Just confusing. Then our room never cooled off- very hot & humid, AND the window blew open & wouldn’t close. 20 floors up! Got a nice guy to come fix the window; he agreed too hot, and said we should change rooms which we did and it was fine. Just took a good while getting settled. Restaurant excellent and views too. Location too. All good. See above.
