Hyatt Place Chicago Midway Airport

Angela at the front desk was friendly and helpful. The hotel was clean and close to anywhere we wanted to go.

Because of its proximity to the airport, the provided shuttle was very convenient since we arrived past midnight. The receptionist however was not as hospitable as he should be. We asked if there are any bottled water available because my kids were thirsty, he just pointed us to a bottle refillable station some hallway away. I guess the labeled water bottle beside him are reserved 😳.. I could buy it, if he tells me its for sale. This thing mattered if you came in late at night, tired and you have family.

Loved the check out time at noon which was wonderful!

Cleaned , fresh towel . Than second day we got stuck in the elevator and the fire department had to come.

I liked everything about our stay. The breakfast, room and staff were a delight.

It had a big parking lot, farther away from all the busy traffic, everyone was friendly, I like the security of having to scan your room card to go from the lobby made me feel safer. My kids loved the pool, the breakfast was great loved that fresh food was brought out through out for the people who didn’t wake up right at 6am. It was overall a really great place to stay definitely would stay again. Also the property was only 30 minutes from downtown Chicago which was why we were there. Nothing

We love this hotel! The location is great with the airport shuttle and the airport courtyard has a lot of options in walking distance so we never have to rent a car. The rooms are great, the staff is always so friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic hotel breakfast but the hotel has a lot of seating options for a couple. N/A

Comfy room, spacious with the couch area. Good amount of usb ports for charging devices. It was a nice breakfast and cool that you serve Starbucks for purchase! The staff were kind but not quick to seek out to help you.

Staff was responsive and friendly. Coffee bar is 24/7 and only during breakfast. Outside of that, you have to purchase coffee.

My only complaint was that housekeeping service was not available because I was staying only two nights. The trash cans needed to be emptied after the first night, which was a minor inconvenience. However, the front desk was helpful and provided fresh towels and toilet paper upon request. The bed was comfortable, the pillows were soft, and the shower had excellent water pressure. The breakfast was decent, though not quite worth getting up early for on the second morning. The hotel is not particularly close to downtown Chicago or Navy Pier, with the drive taking 25+ minutes depending on traffic. Overall, I had a pleasant stay and would definitely stay here again.

Stayed there 4 times now, keep going back thats how good it is. Nothing.
