Great location, close to restaurants and everything you need to see in chicago and far enough from the noise and traffic of downtown. Absolutely loved it.

Felicia at the front desk was amazing and helpful. The hotel has wonderful employees and deserve kudos! Hotel is close to a Whole Foods which was very convenient.

Everything was nice

Clean, great location. Initial contact with front desk person not so good. Arrived prior to check in time and was told kind of rudely that check in was at 3 and all these people in the lobby are waiting to check in!! Had never stayed at this hotel before. Gentleman who checked us in later that day was delightful!

The rooms were clean. The staff were wonderful and I had an actual balcony I could go out on. I would stay here again.

The only complaint was that we had requested a crib, which the check-in staff had reassured us would be in our room. However, it was not there when we arrived. We called to ask for one to be brought up, which took about 20 minutes. Normally, it would not be a big deal, but we arrived at 11 PM, so it was less than ideal for our toddler as it was very much past his bedtime.

It was clean, and the staff was very kind and helpful. I love the fact that WholeFoods was around the corner! N/A

Fulton Market District, Millennium Park were all within walking distance. If you need recommendations for dinner or sightseeing, the staff is super helpful! The brekafast buffet is worth every penny! If ever in the area again, we would definitely book again.

They had a taxi machine that made it really easy to get around.

Disappointing

Also, there was no way to lock/secure the bathroom door.

Everything was perfect, only had one rude staff member when checking in but the manager resolved it.

Breakfast served in the downstairs restaurant was great with plenty of options available and a rare (in USA anyway) late finish time for breakfast which meant l could have a lay in and eat at our leisure. If l was in Chicago again l wouldn't hesitate to return

Room was nice, clean, and comfortable. Bed was comfortable and clean. The location was safe and within walking distance of all my activities I planned for my stay. The only issue I faced was my thermostat on the wall turned off and I couldn't figure out what happened with it. This was on my last day so it wasn't a big deal.

The hotel was amazing and a great location. The one disappointing thing was the staff and the hotel process. My reservation was to pay at the time of check in but the hotel decided they wanted to charge my payment method the night before without my knowledge. This led them to cancel my reservation because they couldn’t secure payment. Luckily, things were resolved at the front desk. Just let the customer know that is what you are going to do before doing it.
