Club Quarters Hotel Wacker at Michigan, Chicago

We were there for Pokemon GoFest and this was a great location!

Great view, very quiet, great location

Comfortable beds & bedding, black out curtains, and quiet air conditioning are wonderful for a good night’s sleep. Room was clean and location is great. For almost $100 - $150 less than you would pay elsewhere, this is an excellent choice. No refrigerator is the only drawback.

Great location, nice accomodation ! Extra facilities - really appreciated ! Trully reccomend it ! Maybe in regards of the hotel policies to be more clear and fair.

Location, complimentary laundry, Coffee/Latte machine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my refrigerator in the room, hopefully the staff took care of it. My eye drops hung in there

We loved our 3 night stay here. This hotel is located in a great area and was within walking distance to every single thing we did in Chicago. The coffee machine on the 2nd floor was a great touch!!

Horrible experience - pay attention to your credit card bill after you check out. They incorrectly charged us for valet parking which we did not use.

Location Waiting Lounge Comfy bed I was there for 6 nights No safe inside the bedroom 3 nights I was in a small standard room However the window bedroom was blocked The bedroom was small, The aircon wasn’t working I had a terrible experience in this bedroom I asked at the reception to change to another room and the ladie receptionist was super rude and disrespectful After 3 nights on this unacceptable bedroom I did complaint on what’s app and I finally got a bedroom upgrade. The hotel doesn’t have restaurant

Excellent location. Room on 29th floor is small with an angled wall since the tower is quite narrow in that part, but is clean and nice. Excellent value for the location
