I loved the hotel! Everything was clean and neat. Very pleasant.

Great rooms, modern style, pool, gym, breakfast included. Convenient location near main roads.

I booked a room for one night to meet my father for dinner made reservations for a dinner I could not make due to the inconvenience of the hotel I booked. There were no information about any water problems due to city work. Therefore I booked a room got into my room to clean up and the water in my room was trickling from the bower head and cold. I called the office to see what wa going on and they informed me then that the city was doing some kind of construction and within thirty minutes it should be fine. I waited and I still needed up having to take a cold “shower” because there was no water pressure or temperature. Ended up missing my reservations due to that. I was very upset but let that go come the next morning I wanted to relax until check out time clearly stated at 12pm yet a staff member knocked at my door once never announcing whom they were and before I could get to the door barely dressed a cleaning staff member waltz on in and then apologized. I obviously had not checked out considering it was 11:00 not check out time at 12:00pm. I am a Hilton honors member and I have stayed in plenty of these off branch hotel but this was the worst experience I have EVER EXPERIENCED FROM HILTON! I Wil advise anyone i know not to be staying at this location as well as contacting corporations come Monday.

Ms./Mrs. Jackson had the best greeting and most warming personality. That made the experience even better. We wanted to stay a little longer just to enjoy the rest of the amenities.

Clean, open, comforting The tv remote was dying which caused some volume issues. However, they did offer to fix it, we just happened to leave the room when they tried.

The rooms were nice and clean. We took advantage of the breaksfast and apppreciated it being included, while we did always find something we could eat, more choices would have been welcomed. The staff was very pleasant and very helpful. It was a little concering when we saw that there were several portable cameras throughout the parking lot. It may not have been indicative of being a high crime area, but this along with the lobby entrance being locked 24 hours a day with guests having to use their key card to get in, did put us on high alert. I am use to using the key card in the evenings and at night time, but not during the day. We did see several homeless people in the area, so this may answer why both of these things were in place.

"Honestly, this place was spotless. The lobby, the room, and especially the bathroom were completely pristine and smelled so fresh. It’s rare to find a hotel that actually feels this clean—totally made it easy to relax. Would absolutely stay here again!"
