The property was not clean. It smelt like marijuana when you walked through the door and kids were hanging out running all through the parking lot all night.

I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone,

Just a smh

Disgusting place inside and outside. We arrived at 2am and no one was there to check us in just a note on the cage pulled down over the front desk. At 7 people waiting in the parking lot. Lobby smells like garbage and cigarettes. Super sketchy hotel nothing like advertising. No one ever came back so we had to find a different hotel. I want a full refund.

Booked the room and at check-in they stated there were no rooms available.

They never put amenities 100 dollars back on my credit card

Convenience The hidden fees. The cleanliness and I was robbed. Someone took everything out my room. I have pictures. The person also used my body soap and tore up my light fixtures.

The toilet stopped working. The staff went on strike for a few days. We got locked out because of the strike. The fridge didn't work very well ( ice cream never firmed up). The laundry room kept heating up our room past the capacity of the windows unit air conditioner. The microwave was a over the oven vent hood style that sat on the only counter space in the kitchen and it had the wrong plate thing inside so it didn't turn.the water temperature varied wildly in the shower, like in a 5 minute shower it got too hot and too cold without the dual being adjusted. There was only one small trash can with no bags. The was not sinksifter/stopper in the kitchen for washing dishes. We had to buy our own towels for the bathroom. In the end we left as soon as we could find an open room somewhere else.

Everything was a hot mess

Did not stay. Said the rooms didn't have any televisions and they did not do my the cancelation so been going back and forth with the property manager and booking Com for my refund of $297.07. This is ridiculous!!!

This motel was a dive. I didn't stay here because the manager or any employees for that matter were nowhere to be found. I waited an hour and finally the manager just happened to show up and said they didn't have any vacancies. I explained my hotels.com booking and she said it didn't matter. Now I can't get ahold of hotels.com to get refunded for this fiasco. I'll never use hotels.com again or stay at motel 6 again. Theyre both terrible.

Hotels.com is also lying about including all fees and taxes and needs to update their website and app to account for the actual fees and taxes required to stay at the hotels you book through their app

I stayed night only because I got in late and didn't want to search for another hotel at 1030pm at night. The room I was given was dirty, it smelled horrible, the carpet had stains throughout, the range hood was covered in rust, the lamps were covered in rust, there was a burner missing from the stove, there was a sticky substance on the fridge. The 'desk' that separates the kitchenette from the bed is broken and about to fall down. The door jamb was broken There was dried up dog urine in the stairwell. The whole place smelled bad, especially weed.

Wasn’t provided any accommodation, after reservation was made Wasn’t provided a room

I had a paid reservation to this property. When I arrived at 3:30 pm No one was at the front desk. I waited 30 minutes and made several phone call to customer service, The front desk clerk rudely told me they had no rooms and to go elsewhere. I couldn't believe it.

Got confirmation from Expedia but property said rooms are not available

I paid for a room I was UNABLE TO STAY IN DUE TO NO EMPLOYEES AT THE DESK Took my money

I never got my deposit back
