La Quinta Inn & Suites by Wyndham Charlotte Airport South

I’ve checked in and checked out the same day. My room was not clean at all. My refrigerator had roaches in the bathroom was clean, but the staff was good. That was OK but we ended up not staying.

The carpet is dirty and the whole place can use the some remodeling

Needs a remodel real bad! Outside and inside is very dingy and dirty in some areas. The hallways and room itself had a strong piss smell. Curtains and lamp had stains on them. Pillows were hard. Paint peeling off the walls. But hey, I’ve seen much worse. Only needed the room for the night so it served its purpose. Probably won’t stay here again though.

Very old and rundown. Key card did not always work. Took breakfast to the room. Within minutes of finishing there was a cockroach on my banana peel

A/C was working well and must be new. But the hotel in general was not well maintained. Carpets were stained; bathrub ugly; elevator squeaked, breakfast was rudimentary and they didn't even have light roast coffee.

Had to kill a cockroach and my key stopped working twice but I enjoyed the bed and air conditioning.

please fix your locks issue. this has been going on for over 6 months.

Pride and Quality starts from the top. Owners...Managers...staff. if the top does not care that the hotel is poorly kept then why should the staff. I will never stay at this or any of their brand hotels again

Friendly check in. Shuttle to the airport.

The room was clean and comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was very impressed and will book again if I go back to the area.
