Amazing front desk staff, wonderful, helpful and just all around great people. I really enjoyed my stay and will be back again.

We really like this hotel. We weren't able to experience all the amenities, but we had a good night's sleep and the shower was great. Lots of channels on TV. Staff was very accomodating. Plenty of parking. We would stay here again.

Pool was closed for our stay, room had no ac, sheets were stained and the shades in the room was held up by a construction clip.

I had the perfect one-night stay at the Hilton Garden Inn-South Park. It was little busy during check-in but the staff was quick to help everyone. Our room was very clean and the hotel was in a great location very close to food and shopping. Would definitely stay again!

. This is a very nice hotel for a very good price and it’s in an area full of shops and restaurants. It’s very clean with a nice outdoor area. We had a comfortable stay and we stay here again.

Very little use of amenities Cannot honestly rate

The reason I left a 1 star is because I was charged for a room that I did not stay in. I just stayed over night to catch a flight out and got a notice several days later that I had reservations again. I left messages that I did not reserve another room and was out of town and to call me back, but no one ever called me back and they still charged me for another room when I was not even in NC during that time.

Aside from Anthony and Nate at the front desk, our first night check in employee (Friday night 5/8/26) had a really bad attitude and acted lazy. We decided to stay a second night (unexpectedly) and Nate and his Manager Anthony were very kind. They changed our minds about the hotel. Great job guys!!
