Check in staff very friendly. Hotel in nice area nicely decorated. Two main issues with my stay were highly uncomfortable beds,so I barely slept and the fact that the hot tub was an amenity of importance and it was warm but what jets wont turn on and was told they kust kind of swirl (which they were not even doing) not sure about other aspects or amenities as I did not use them. Loved the location and parking and friendliness though

The staff were great. Only complaints I have is the size of the pillows compared to the size of the bed. The pillows wasn’t comfortable at all. Lastly, we use to get complementary snacks in the room. This was missing this time.

The breakfast staff was amazing and kind, the room was extremely clean but had a minor stain in the bathtub.

Room was mostly clean. The air filter was laying on top of the air conditioner. The hot water was iffy and the bed was high. Pillows were hard.

Good clean room and very friendly staff. Got to eat a Harry’s tavern for dinner. The staff at the front desk suggested it.

Room bathroom was in terrible condition. Door jammed. Bathtub stucco. Sink stopped up and when I called they never came. Room cleaning should be daily and not ever other day. Front desk sometimes didn't answer my call. Sorry, but will not book again.
