Gorgeous hotel with indoor pool, friendly staff, path around the lake, corn hole and fire pit outside! There was nothing that I did not like!

My only concern was that there was no continental breakfast. That is always something I look for when I travel. So I'll make sure that wherever I travel it is part of the 'package.' I actually misunderstood that it was part of my reservation, so I was disappointed. You might consider at least giving a $5 coupon for the breakfast.

The Courtyard Marriott in Ballantyne was nice and clean and the staff was extremely warm and inviting. I felt comfortable from the beginning to the end. I will definitely come back in the future.

Staff told me I could come in early I even called to make sure before booking. When I got there he charged my card for early check in without my authorization.

The staff were friendly. Overall, it was a clean facility, however there was hair and a nausea sticker on the furniture.

I liked the location and staff were very friendly. I like that there was a restaurant inside and the indoor pool, which made your stay convenient. The area was peaceful with a nearby walking trail. You also had a shuttle to take you within 2miles. I wish our room had a full mirror on the wall, because I like that full view check. Also, if they would place trash bags in the small trash cans in the rooms, and add a microwave. With being on the 3rd floor, I hated that I had to go downstairs to warm my food.

The positives: the view from our room was good- but it was a different property. The location was good for us, as we needed a place close to Elevation Church. The bed was comfy enough for sleeping, and the workout room had new equipment. Ultimately, we were unimpressed. We won't book there again, and wouldn't recommend it to others.
