Huge room, separate tub and shower, big pool with 8 ft end, good parking. Quiet convenient location to food. Lovely, peaceful, relaxing stay.

I thought they were all suites, but it was a generic room.

The TV was set on Captions and asked that someone cancel it. Nothing was done.

Staff at check-in was pleasant and helpful. Hotel was beautiful and easy to park and get around at. We had a quiet and clean room. We slept well and would stay again.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The rooms were clean as were the common areas of the hotel. The pool was open until 10 PM and was very great to enjoy after a long day. If I’m ever back in Charleston again, we would gladly stay here.

My poor ratings are related to me being stung by wasps out by the pool. After I was stung, I saw a large wasp nest hanging from a light at the side of the building. It should never have been there. After I was stung, I went into the front desk to report the incident. The lady at the front desk simply said, “I’m sorry that happened “, then said she would have maintenance address the nest. The next day went we were leaving, the nest was still there.

This is the only hotel I book in Charleston. The property is clean, the rooms are well appointed and decorated tastefully. The pool is a great amenity. I highly recommend the room with an air bath, so relaxing.

Love this place! Staff is nice, easy to talk to and helpful, facility is clean and well maintained in and out. I stayed 3 nights and I don't have no complaints. My room was nice and comfortable. I hung out at the pool a couple of times and it was nice as well. I would most definitely stay here again when I'm back in Charleston!
