When we arrived, I found that our reservation had been cancelled. Unbeknownst to me, Booking.com notified me 1 hour before we arrived. We were turned away with no acceptable alternatives. I will not reserve there again nor through Booking.com again. Whole situation = unacceptable. Being turned away--reso cancelled--after it had been confirmed days before.

Hotel was great but we were told originally by staff that there was complimentary breakfast but the next morning when we inferred about it they said they didn’t have it.

I love everything about this property. I frequent the Raleigh Cary area often and this is one of my top choices for a hotel. The front staff is always friendly, the hotel looks immaculate, and the rooms are so modern and chic.
