Staff was pleasant and rooms were clean. Seen alot of overfilled trash can and carpet needed vacuum in the elevator. But overall we stayed only one night, so I was in and out.

Morty at the front desk was awesome full of energy and great to talk to The TV didn't work kept turning on and off

We had a really pleasant stay, just what we needed after a busy day. The entire hotel is nicely well kept, modern, clean, with comfortable bed, very nice and helpful staff. We were very impressed by the included continental breakfast because they offer a variety of breakfast choices to accommodate everyone’s preferences. We will definitely comeback for a longer stay.

Breakfast First room our TV didn’t work, was moved to another room. The second room the telephone didn’t work! Ugh! I’m sure we weren’t the first people in these rooms that had these problems. They should have been taken care of before another person was given these rooms! Hotel wasn’t busy.

I always love staying at the Cape Coral Fairfield. Great location, next to restaurants, gas stations & many stores. Good free breakfast options in the am. Clean & spacious rooms.

Liked the hotel and layout very much. Would have given this Fairfield by Marriott Inn a much higher rating had not we be disappointed in the breakfast and pool areas. The room we had was very spacious. All amenities were fine. 2 large tv nice., step-in shower, counter tops ++, elevator seemed oversized (and was fast and efficient), spacious area on ground floor, exercise area. Really very nice for the location. We chose this hotel as we may be using it multiple times in the next 1-2 years (VA Clinic very close). 1. The pool area seemed adequate for a small number of people. There were 2 tables with umbrellas, 3 or 4 chairs and about 4 other chairs in pool area (there were 8 people (including us) at the pool and it seemed crowded). Since we are looking for lodging with multiple days/stays the pool is of interest to us. 2. Breakfast: I/we have stayed at hundreds and hundreds of lodgings. Maybe 50% offered free breakfast of some sort. Those of you that travel often know the 'free breakfast' can range from awesome, to awful. To us, this hotel's breakfast was ok, but weak. Why? The breakfast dinning are is good sized. The food and drink stations are pretty much in the same area. Eating/serving area was definitely on the 'cool to cold' side. The main breakfast items that are normally hot or warm were cool, or worse, room temperate. Twice, I could not eat what I had dished for myself (food to cool/cold). Watched the hotel staff service the warm items. Seems food came out from the back was warm. The food holders (with lids most often down) did not have a heat source once food came out of back area. And, they apparently were poor at holding heat in food. When dinning area got busy it seemed the staff was very busy keeping juice dispensers flowing, refiling coffee dispensers. adding food.... All in all, we didn't eat much that morning.

The occupant(s) of the room next to me had their TV blaring all hours of the day and night so it was not a comfortable stay or good nights sleep
