The breakfast was good. The rest of the hotel, not so much. The first room they put us in had a broken st a nd around the air conditioner unit, a broken lamp shade with a bare bulb hanging there, and the tub didn't drain while we were showering. I stepped on a fake press on nail on the bathroom floor. We asked to have the tub snaked while we were out the whole next day. It didn't happen so the seond night we were put in a different room. There were full garbage bags by the elevators all weekend. There were crackers in the only working elevator all weekend. Not a great experience.

convenient location right off the highway, we were doing a two day road trip so finding somewhere close to the highway was important no suggestions

The staff is somewhat neutral. We had a fire alarm go off and they didn't provide us any update. The guests were standing around confused with zero engagement from the staff. No, the fire department didn't give any update either. Housekeeping made it a point to be as loud as possible walking through the hallways. The pool was shutdown for the season. Breakfast was average not much to be impressed with. There were a few incidents in the hotel. Gentleman has his car broken into. Lady had her dogs unleashed and nearly attacked my wife.

Just perfect, meeting all our expectations

Clean room, excellent customer service and good breakfast. Thanks

Microwave latch was broken so the light was on all night! Blackout curtain was gone so facing the bright lights in the parking lot made sleep difficult. To the credit of the attendant he warned us that there were some issues but we had no choice since we already paid $218(!!) for the room and it was nonrefundable. Reservation should not have been accepted.

This was a good room for our family of 4. It was a good size, the children had there own bed while my husband shared one. The beds were soft and cozy. Bathroom was big and clean.

It was clean and updated. Easy access to Mexican restaurant next door. A little pricey.

The breakfast was wonderful ,there were different variety of foods to pick from. Ms. Tabitha was very pleasant, polite and attentive. She was the only person we saw from the kitchen and she made sure the food was available in a timely manner. The was a situation with the cost of the rooms I booked through Booking.com but Tanisha the manager and David were patience with me and everything with the rooms got taken care of. I thank you'all for all of your help !
