Country Inn & Suites by Radisson, Chicago O'Hare South, IL

Very outdated, dirty, black mold on ceiling in the gym, smelt dirty when you walked in. The driver for the airport shuttle was horrible

Easy shuttle to and from the airport. Breakfast was good and they had a snack bar where you can buy extra snacks and drinks.

Breakfast was 2/5. Had issues with card and had to go down 2 times to get it reissued. Could have been told the first time going down to lift the handle up after swiping not push it down.

Easy to check in, staff was great!

Limited and repeated breakfast menu. Room Thermostat, is not connected with actual AC in some rooms.

It was ok

The entire second floor smells like pot. It was everywhere. Nothing was maintained, hallways had dirty socks and towels strewn about. Thankfully the room was ok, but definitely would never stay again!

The staff was very kind and helpful. Very close to O’Hare, easy to get to.

I didn’t like the shared parking with the other hotel. We parked so far away and there was drama in the parking lot next to the only available spot. Everything else was fine besides the mildew smell in the elevator

I would also like to thank the driver who picked us up from the airport. He was very friendly, courteous, and helpful at all times. The entire staff made us feel welcome and was always willing to assist us. The rooms were very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The food was excellent and exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again in the future. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so pleasant and enjoyable!

More than 10 phone call to get airport transport, waited 2 hours, ended up getting Uber. Rude manager and rude and untrained receptionist. Dirty room. Dirty hot tub. No hot water. Was a horrible experience and the manager just didnt care. The receptionist ist called my room Several times to belittle me and then hung up. Had to unplug the phone to get some sleep.

Exceptional

Room was clean (2 queen/sofa couch) and spacious- but too much furniture in the sitting room- had to move several items so we could fold out the sofa bed. Pool and hot tub were nice, could use a good scrub and sweep of the leaves and outside debris that had blown in.

Great experience 10 out of 10 !!
