The location was perfect for our needs, the accommodations just right. To a person, the staff was excellent, but most especially Louann. I would recommend Uptown Suites to anyone.

DURING MY 2 WEEK STAY MY VEHICLE WAS KEYED AND OTHER VEHICLES WERE BROKEN INTO. THERE WERE MULTIPLE TIMES WHERE INSPECTIONS/MAINTENANCE WAS DONE AND THE ROOM HAD TO BE EMPTY FOR MULTIPLE HOURS. NORMA DENIED GIVING CREDIT FOR THE HOURS I HAD TO VACATE THE ROOM I PAID FOR. THIS SEEMS LIKE A GOOD DEAL BUT IT WILL COST YOU MORE THAN WHAT YOU’RE PAYING FOR. THE POLICE HAD TO BE CALLED DURING MY SHORT STAY AS WELL. THIS SEEMS MORE OF A HALFWAY HOUSE FOR EX-CONVICTS THAN A HOTEL. THE STAFF WILL TREAT YOU LIKE ONE AS WELL. DO NOT PAY TO STAY HERE.

It was bad they never went to clean my room

This place is definitely a hidden gem. Not too many amenities (no pool, no breakfast) but the stay was comfortable and staff were very friendly and helpful. We had no issues with our rooms.

So if you don’t check in before 11:00pm they will cancel your reservation. I had a reservation for a week and was arriving late so I called ahead to tell them. I showed up at about 1:00am and was told that I was charged for that night but couldn’t get a room. They also cancelled my reservation and tried to upsell me another reservation for an extra $100, even though I had called to say I would be late. It was a huge disruption in my plans. I will never do business again with these bait and switch film flam artists. Buyer beware…

Checkin was smooth, clean room, kitchen equiped with major appliances. Well organized room with all required furniture.

The price is very reasonable and the room was extremely clean. I really liked that the room comes with a small kitchen, which was very convenient—especially for longer stays or if you want to cook your own meals. The atmosphere was quiet and comfortable, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Overall, it felt just like being at home. I will definitely come back again! 💙

Cheap for a reason. Smoking is prohibited in the rooms, but you will smell cigarette and marijuana smoke from neighboring rooms.

I stayed here a couple of times, for work purposes. I enjoyed my stay. The place is clean, safe and the services were excellent. Will stay here again over and over again.

The staff were rude, they won't tell you anything, but if you want to extend stay, front desk just said the manager said you are not welcomed to stay here anymore. Complete unprofessional, wrote to corp office without any response.

Smelled like smoke even though it was a non smoking room. And bad water pressure

No dishes or silverware, but that makes sense. I bought .50 bowls and spoons at the Walmart and I was fine. The refrigerator was new, clean and cold. The microwave and stove top were spotless and functional.
