The beds were hard, no microwave in the room, the hallways smelled like mildew, the toilet paper was 1 ply, the parking lot was small, breakfast was subpar, but the staff was friendly and helpful.

Clean simple room. Couldn't ask for more just for a stop for a night sleep. Was given a room that wasn't cleaned at first but staff was quick to fix the problem.

The next day the lock pad on the door lost power it took them 40 minutes to replace is. After they said that would be 5 minutes. Two people went up to try their own key after I told them is not the card. After replacing the batteries the person working on it didn’t even picked up the old batteries from the floor. Breakfast was ok omelet ran out and everyone working there was just sitting and watching but not re-stocking food. We had to ask them for each item. Worst and most important thing one of the elevators doors don’t stop while closing my daughter almost got pinched.

A/C was pretty good. Room was clean. I did miss having a coffee pot and microwave in the room but they were avaliable in the breakfast area. The staff was very friendly and the morning buffet was surprisingly good.
