The room was not clean. The curtains and the shower curtain were disgusting. And the room smelled like somebody had been smoking in there for 20 years. You literally woke up in the morning and you could taste the cigarettes in your mouth. The smell is in the mattress, the pillows and the sheets quite honestly it was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever experienced.

Taking a u turn to get to the room. I didn't have an iron in the room; however, I'm pretty sure the staff would have provided me with one of If I asked.

Half the electrical outlets did not work, was put in a room right next door to where they had a recent fire

The staff were extremely nice and polite. Check-in was a breeze. The room was clean and as described. The only issue was a few girls getting into an altercation upstairs from our room who got a little loud and unruly, but the staff was quick to handle the situation, which I appreciated tremendously. Breakfast and coffee were provided and appreciated! Overall, I would highly recommend it. The price is an excellent deal and I will be staying with them again in the future. The noise from the people upstairs. Which is no fault of the hotel. They handled the situation quickly and professionally.
