We traveled with my Veteran husbands service dog. They forced us to sign their “PET POLICY” had we not been scheduled for his surgery in a few hours, I would’ve left property. Management should REALLY reconsider their stance and SOP towards Veterans and their service animals. I am actually going to reach out to the ADA and corporate. Other than that, great location, great breakfast. Except for hair in our bathroom, was pretty clean

The continental breakfast was exactly what we needed to start the day. The lady, I think her name was Deborah, that maintained the breakfast area was very conscientious and attentive to people’s needs.

When I returned to the front desk, the staff admitted that all 2‑bed rooms were already occupied and blamed Expedia for “incorrect availability.” Regardless of the excuse, the hotel had every opportunity to notify me earlier in the day — especially since I had already confirmed the reservation by phone. Instead, my family arrived at 9pm after a long drive with no suitable room available. The hotel offered no solution, no compensation, and no accountability. We were forced to cancel and find another hotel at the last minute, paying more because of the hotel’s failure to honor a confirmed booking. This was one of the most stressful and disappointing hotel experiences I’ve ever had. I will not be returning to this property, and I strongly caution other travelers to avoid it.

Room was very clean and comfortable. Pool was great! We had a great stay here and will definitely be staying here again when we are back in Augusta!

The room that I had booked was given to someone else, I was offered a different room, which smelled like someone's been smoking in it. They said they can't do anything, take it or leave it. Breakfast was good.

Toilet kept running. Got tools of my motorcycle and fixed it. Toilet seat very loose. Fixed that too. Dirty hand prints in the shower. Unable to leave motorcycle under the very spacious lobby overhang. This is the first time in over 10 years this happened. Storms were in the area, and wanted to keep the bike dry. Not a big deal. For anyone thinking, carry a cover! A cover will tip your bike over in a cross wind. Picture of last weeks ride attached.

The front desk staff were all very nice, the property was well maintained, and everything was clean. We loved the layout of our room -- king bed w/ a privacy wall for the separate sofa and coffee table, and a small kitchenette w/ a large refrigerator for leftovers or drinks. My only complaint was the room's lighting. The single overhead light in the sofa area flickered out after a short time (we let them know about it at checkout), and the kitchenette had NO light whatsoever, so we couldn't see to make coffee. Otherwise, it was great!

Overall really great hotel, rooms were clean and staff were super helpful and nice especially considering we checked in around 4 am. Great experience overall!

Served the purpose of giving us a place to rest our heads for a decent price. Pool not available while we were there which was a negative and the facilities, including our room could have been cleaner and smelled fresher. My seven year old kept finding things that grossed her out, like spots on the chair, bed spread, floor, bathtub and walls. Overall would probably not choose this location again.

false information-only went there for grand kids to swim a year ago-pool was broken; went again yesterday pool was still broken,ice machine on second and fourth floor sign in elevator read second floor not connected and fourth floor no ice.chair in room broken and made us fall to the ground,broken picture hanging on wall above sofa bed, sofa bed full of stains no one wanted to sit on it.will not be back!

They had a really noisy elevator that was so bad we had to ask for a different room, once moved it was a great evening.
