There's NO PARKING. You will have to do valet. Depending on what you plan to do, if you choose to walk, expect A LOT of homeless people and interesting characters. The hotel does have 24 hour security at the entrance, because night time characters are amplified. The staff were nice and addressed each issue promptly however all requests (for towels, toilet paper, etc) you will need to go downstairs to the front desk to pick it it. They will not deliver/drop it off to your room.

Hotel was hot , elevators were not working long wait to use , still have not received my deposit back

The property needs updating and was not particularly clean. The room smelled musty. We stayed for 3 days and did not have hot water for the entire stay. Very disappointed.
-
Neighborhood not great, but that not their fault. Hotel itself perfect

Nice

Staff very friendly - fast and helpful. Location would be better classed as a hostel. Spend the extra few $ and stay at the Omni.
-
Very rude morning staff at desk they wouldn’t return my deposit

Located in a central area, spacious room, friendly staff.

Everything was amazing from the people to the food, but I did have one problem. There was like a stain in my bathtub. I didn’t call about it. I didn’t do too much at all about it because I was only staying for a day and most of the day I would be out so I didn’t bother with it. I just covered it up with a towel.

Valet parking was $55 a night, plus tip. I thought that was too expensive, especially when the service did work as advertised. The overnight valet didn't get our vehicle when I requested it at around 530am. I found him sleeping in the office. This put my family at least 20 minutes behind schedule, which was not helpful.

We stayed 5 nights and no housekeeping at all. We asked for it at the third night and they refused saying that they have no time for it. We asked for more toilet paper for our room and was denied too. The people at reception where not helpful.

I liked the staff Cable services would stop working. Shower was cold. Room was dirty and mattresses were very uncomfortable. Rooms / Suite was really small.

I ended up checking out of this hotel immediately. There was no parking. Valet was $55 a day! When I arrived they had cancelled my reservation. The lady at the desk was not very helpful or friendly. The outside of the property is dirty and looked unsafe. People hanging out everywhere. As I sat on the lobby sofa trying to rebook my reservation a man was at the front desk arguing with the receptionist about how filthy his room was. And she was cold and nasty toward him. That’s when I knew I couldn’t stay there. If you want to be in Downtown Atlanta and don’t care about your room being dirty or the surrounding neighborhood then this place would be fine I guess. But I prefer a safer, cleaner, quieter, more luxurious experience. So I left.

Staff is great and the property is very clean.

Very good location, city is under work, but overall it was well located They don't have on site parking making it $55 per night. Attention was bad and the rooms weren't great, AC smelled humid whne coming into the room, walls and ceiling were not taken care of properly, wifi was bad, TV service was catastrophic as they claimed to be eorking from a dish for DirecTV, which wasn't even the case.

Old Hotel being renovated. Lots of city renovation around the hotel as well. It will be a nice area but right now it is run down. We heard construction first thing in the morning that lasted all day. One elevator was broken so only one worked. We waited a long time for the elevator. Also had to pay $55.00 a night to have Valet service or you could walk two blocks and park your self for about $35.00 a night.

Was ok but just disappointed with what they call suite, they gave me a small room for the price I paid for suite !!!!

I pretty much only checked in, left for the night, came back around 3 AM, and then left again before 10 AM because the stay was just not pleasant. When I tried to turn on the water to wash my hands, the handle actually fell off because it was broken. Later, when I got back to the hotel around 3 AM, I found out the lights in the room were not working properly, which was extremely frustrating after a long day. The pillow also had a noticeable smell that made it seem like it had not been changed in a while. On top of that, the AC was running but barely cooling the room. I could already feel the poor air conditioning when I first walked into the hotel lobby, but I hoped the room would be different. Unfortunately, it wasn’t. Usually when you walk into a hotel, there’s a fresh and clean smell that makes you feel comfortable. Here, the atmosphere felt humid and had a musty odor. It wasn’t unbearable, but definitely not pleasant either. Another frustrating part was the breakfast situation. The message I received clearly stated that breakfast on Monday was from 7:00 AM to 9:30 AM. However, when I went down around 9:04 AM, I was told breakfast was already closed. Overall, this stay did not meet expectations at all, and I would not return or recommend this hotel.
