What’s a nice place to stay!! even though it was only one night it was magnificent!

Every thing was great!!!

The valet is high for $59 a night in my opinion but the self parking steps away from the hotel can be unpredictable. The self parking is not controlled by the hotel. The self parking states you won’t be charged higher than $26 but it goes rogue and charges you up to $45 for about 10-12 hours. After it’s all said and done the valet may be a better option.

TV not connected, phone not working… and this not fixed after 2 days. Valet parking price completely out priced.

Only Monica and JP at reception are the only people serious with their work. They tried their best to help us. The attitude of some of the staff. We were not helped during our four day stay.our telephone was not working. New had to be changed to room 823 which was smelling sewage. We ask to be taken back to the earlier room which we got when we arrived. No one helped us with the luggage. Our room was not cleaned for the whole two days. When we went for breakfast. No one informed people there that we were moved. It was a struggle to eat breakfast. It was like we never paid. It’s a hotel o want to forget. I was there for the World Cup but I would never recommend it to anyone else. Very horrible experience.

Loved the idea of this as a perfect hotel but no microwave and no balconies it was simply okay nothing special.

We had an excellent stay at the Hotel Colee. The room was clean and very comfortable. The fitness center was well equipped and tidy. We didn’t get a chance to enjoy the pool besides walking around it but it was in a cool location.

Overall the hotel was nice and the staff was friendly. Our AC kept going out and they really should update the showers. There are tubs with poor drainage. There are no robes or closets. The pool was average and the professionalism of the valet staff was mid. The location was great if you’re going to hang around Buckhead. However, parking is excessively expensive.

The staff was amazing and super friendly! There are so many resources on site for food and leisure. Loved this place and will stay here again.

Didn't have the room I booked!!!! Put me in a room with soaking wet floor. Very disappointed. I booked well in advance and to give away the room i booked is unacceptable. I will tell everyone i know to stay away from your hotel Could have not given away the room i booked!

I liked the location!! Very nice and comfortable! Everything was great ! I didn’t really like the sister restaurant the food wasn’t the best but that’s opinion based so I’m sure other people like it ! I also will say we tried going to the bar “rose & rye “ and we got there at 12:20 Thinking “oh we still have some time they close at 1am “ as soon as we walked in the bartender yelled out “bars closed ladies “ so we kindly asked “what time do yall close “ mind you it’s 12:21 and she replied with “ bar closes at 12:30”

The ac/heating doesnt work i practically had to beg for reimbursement and only got free night reward points

Stay was great!! Hotel was very beautiful! Food was good. My drink at the bar was the best. Staff was very helpful with check in. Was allowed a late check out. Staff member even helped me take my photos in the beautiful lounge area. Highly recommend and will be staying here next time I visit Atlanta.

Excellent location in Buckhead. Lovely hotel.

It was not what I expected. There was a loud bar . I heard a banging noise near my room. The tub was tiny. People were walking around with drinks. I left early .

This was the worst hotel experience I’ve ever had. We arrived after a 9 hour drive , The valet didn’t notice us, greet us or even look up from his phone, I honked to get his attention, he didn’t take our bags, or open my door , and just pointed to a cart & said there’s the cart. He helped load the cart after we asked , my friend and I pushed the cart inside , it was heavy with wheels that didn’t turn well. The front desk wasn’t much better, three girls all chatting with eachother , never even looked up to greet us. I had to get their attention. I asked them for a bell in man to take the cart to our room, they said the valets do it if they have time , they’re wash
