Front desk people Cleaning

Room was clean, breakfast was nice with many hot items, helpful front desk, very secure property including garage

Very good location and the staff were very useful. I was allotted a room which was not cleaned. When I informed the Front Desk he took personal care to ensure that I was comfortable and allocated a different room Allocated room was not cleaned

You have a fridge, a sink, microwave, etc, on your own. Some amenities are a bit old.

Upon arrival the staff was amazing! Everyone was so happy and always smiling, the hotel was nice and clean, and surrounded by restaurants, shopping, and anything else. I will be booking again

Great stay

The room wasn't very clean; it had an odor. Bathroom wasn't very clean. Hallways were hot, Parking Garage was horrible. I have stayed at a lot of Home 2 Suites, and this one just did not measure up to the rest.

Elevator was not working immediately after my check-in so I have to checkout next morning and then I have to pay high price to book another hotel on the same day

Clean room, convenient location close to MARTA, comfortable bed Both elevators were broken during our 3-night stay and our room was on the 7th floor. We took it in stride, but it really was not okay for a hotel of Hilton's caliber to have both elevators out of service for days on end. Housekeeping: two big issues. First, no one ever came to clean our rooms, which likely had something to do with the broken elevators. But an even bigger lapse in judgement was when one of the housekeepers opened our door from the outside at 10am the day of our departure WHILE WE WERE STILL IN BED, even though check-out was at 11. Completely inappropriate, to say the least.

The location was near the Marta The elevators broke and we were on the 9th floor. We had to walk up and down the stairs. The carpet was wet and sticky feeling on my feet and we had to move rooms when we got there due to the AC being broke.

The parking garage is dangerous and unacceptable. The breakfast is nasty uncooked meat coffee tastes like cold water. Some staff was amazing but some had attitudes and needs to be retrained on their job duties. The hotel room door lock needs to be fixed the door is too heavy to push open. Garage entrance car reader work poorly and the intercom’s is faulty. Parking spaces is too narrow for the car traffic to be a two way garage. Will never book at the home2suites again.

A great location across the street from MARTA. Breakfast was great. The hotel was updated. Rooms were clean. Staff members were accommodating and professional. Can't think of anything.
