Great stay! The hotel was clean, comfortable, and the staff were very friendly. I would definitely stay here again!
-
The staff was amazing. Anything we asked for they gave us. It was a nice hotel to stay at. We were on the 23rd floor it was beautiful to look out the window and see the view
-
Breakfast was pricey and had a tip already added on for someone just bringing our drinks which we could have done ourselves.

Great and convenient location to stay downtown in Atlanta
-
We traveled here as a family of five and we absolutely loved it. It was close enough downtown that we could walk to the aquarium and the world of Coke without the hassle of the traffic driving. There are lots of different options to eat at the restaurants. Be aware that the marketplace and the restaurants are a little expensive side. Snacks cost more the breakfast at the market marketplace is really good but a sandwich was about eight or nine dollars. If you're looking to be more budget friendly, we pack snacks for the kids wouldn't want Reeses for seven dollars. But it is convenient to be able to stop and eat there before you start your day. I would definitely go back. We loved it. It was a pool, but there's so much around. The kids won't miss a pool.

Terrible elevators

The experience was pleasant the room was clean and comfortable. The few times we needed the staff assistant they was prompt and helpful.

The customer service was excellent at check in. The bed and pillows was super soft. The trim was spacious and clean. Stayed one night flbut will return to this property again.

Everyone was nice and helpful but the place is very old and not updated the pictures are very mid leading. For $330 a night it was not worth it. It’s more of motel status . Old dingy rooms, humid rooms air barely works, tiny bath tubs , bathrooms are very small. Crappy views.

Very good hotel.

The room was clean and the staff helpful. Breakfast was overpriced and the hotel is little outdated

Everything were good

Great location if doing the aquarium or coke land. It’s a convention center so it sees a lot of traffic. Not close to shopping or restaurants, so you have to eat there. They have a nice commissary so you don’t have to try and find a store in a somewhat cede area.

Exceptional

The location is convenient to many attractions and restaurants. Our shower was entirely unusable, producing water at a scorching temperature and no amount of adjusting the handle would reduce the temperature at all. I had to wash my hair in the sink. The walls were so thin we could hear conversations in rooms to either side of us clearly, even though the other guests were speaking in normal tones. Finally, being charged over 60$ for a single basic cocktail is sheer madness. We would never use the dining options here again due to the exorbitant and frankly criminal pricing. Finally, when we inquired about parking fees and proceduresc the hotel staff member failed to provide us with adequate information (such as informing us our digital key would not be enough to let us exit the garage when we departed). Only by sheer chance did we learn we would need a physical room key and thank goodness we found it out, otherwise we’d have been stuck in the parking garage. Add to this a staff member engaging in a shouting match with a guest outside the front doors, we felt very uncomfortable. Overall, this was an incredibly disappointing stay that resulted in frustration, a lack of sleep, and an unpleasant stay. Thankfully there are many alternate accommodations in downtown Atlanta because we will avoid this Hilton in the future.

The experience was wonderful especially with the number of people also in town for the World Cup matches. Only bummer was the elevator service at peak times.

Great place to stay! View was amazing!
