Breakfast is basic but enough, although no alternative milk and the room and cleaned every other day. The AC is easy to work not enough coffee in the room, but loads are provided in the foyer. I would recommend.

Austin was amazing. He moved us to a different room because our TV was broken. He was very respectful, helpful and all around AWESOME!!!. He made the stay amazing

The pool is the so small m. In the site it appears to be much larger and had lounge chairs in the phot and there were none. Misleading.

Very friendly staff, great breakfast and location was in walking distance to shopping and restaurants. The pictures of the pool online are very misleading. The pool was very small and only 4 feet deep. The water was hot like a hot tub, so not refreshing after being out in the Sun. Also the pool area does not have lounge chairs or Umbrellas for the tables for shade.

I booked a King bedroom with an accessible bathroom that clearly showed a bathtub with grab bars in the Expedia confirmation. At check‑in, I was given a standard shower‑only bathroom. After I complained, the front desk moved me to another room, but it was still the wrong type — a roll‑in shower with no bathtub. Even after I showed my confirmation and photos, the staff insisted that the bathtub room type “did not exist.” I contacted Expedia, who spoke with another staff member and the manager. I was told to come back the next day at noon for the correct room. The next day, they said the room wasn’t ready and would call me when it was available. I waited in my room for FOUR hours with no call, and only when I went back to the front desk did they finally give me the room. In that room, the bathtub drain stopper was broken and couldn’t hold water. Other issues: ants in the room, housekeeping not cleaning as promised (every other day), the drinking water dispenser not working properly, and parking at $28 per day with limited spaces, so we often had to park in a neighboring lot (overflow parking area) and walk in the rain. The location and breakfast were good, but overall the stay was frustrating. I will not return.
