Not a well maintained property. Staff was helpful when they could be found. Housekeeping is working more than their scheduled hours and not being paid. Waited over 15 minutes at an empty front desk during office hours to get my key fixed. Would not recommend.

Not much at all The first room I was given. The bed was not made, the drawers were all pulled out, and there was pizza boxes in the trash can. Almost like there was someone staying in that room. Then the next room I got. The smoke alarm wouldn’t stop beeping, so I took it down and pulled the battery out. And the bathroom sink would not drain!

The hotel is located in a very convenient location, walking distance to the train station, the mall, the hotel is located next to a decent shopping plaza so if need to grab some groceries, some bites or a great cup of coffee you are covered. I highly recommend this hotel. The staff was very friendly, accommodating, courteous, respectful and prompt

The room reeked of cigarette smoke and the trash was never taken out from the previous guest. There were multiple roaches in the bathroom. The bed was hard and springy. The staff members could care less about their guests. I would not recommend. You're better off sleeping in your car.

Located conveniently near Northside Hospital which was the location we needed to be near. Strong smell of marijuana near the room.

Parking was very tight, floors hadn’t been mopped in ages, nothing to cook with, room smelled of cigarette smoke even though it was a non smoking room, recycled roll of tolet paper was left to use, one towel and hand towel for a booked three person stay, attendant was never in the office, TV did not work had to fix ourselves and room phone had static

The room was not very clean. Visibly dirty walls and carpet. Dusty. No soap provided in the restrooms. Large puddle on the property blocking walking or even driving on one side of the road.
