An enjoyable overnight stay in spite of the ongoing rain in the area. We were tired and did not use any amenities, but a massage was tempting. All the luxury you would expect. Notable- friendly, attentive, knowledgeable staff.

Views from our room were phenomenal. Every staff member from the bellman, valet, the reception staff and the dining room staff were so friendly and kind and helpful. Our dinner at the dining room was delicious with an unexpected treat of a cauliflower and bell pepper bisque provided by the chef and a little surprise dessert for our anniversary celebration. Would definitely recommend.

We travel here for a week every year in the Spring/Fall. Always stay at the Biltmore. Wonderful.

Beautiful location and property. Very friendly and helpful staff.
-
Breathtakingly beautiful. The staff extremely accommodating. The food was good But no healthy choices except for the fresh fruit and salads. Overall amazing and wonderful.
-
The staff was the BEST! Can’t say enough positive about them—from the moment you’re greeted till the moment you leave…they’re excellent. We stay in plenty of hotels but this far exceeded all others.
-
Besides the signage being confusing, everyone and everything was wonderful. One of the most beautiful rooms we've been in at the Inn, but it is pricey!
-
The service was exceptional.

It was awesome trip for our 25th anniversary
-
The experience was amazing. Cannot say enough of how polite the staff was, our room was spectacular with amenities that went over and beyond for a hotel. Food at the library lounge, dinning room and room service was outside! The peaceful atmosphere and the use of shuttle service made this stay one of my all time favorites.

Breakfast at the Inn was great! Had dinner at the Village Social and the Bistro. Both were very good. Touring the mansion was very interesting, especially the Backstairs Tour. Wasn’t that impressed with Luminare, way overpriced.
-
We had a wonderful stay. Some of the staff would benefit from some more training. The restaurant meals were not as good as we expected for a hotel of this rating.
-
The only small niggle is that the dining room staff could be a bit better organized. Other than that A+.
-
Perfect spot to do all the things with a beautiful view.
