Close to where we needed to go. We came back after our day out and all of our belongings had been taken out of our room!!! We went to the desk to find out where they were and we were told there had been a misunderstanding and the housekeeper had our things in their room! Took us a good 30-40 minutes to get our things back after going to the front desk, back to our room, back to the front desk, back to the housekeepers room. Lucky we were confident enough to challenge the staff, I dread to think how often this happens to people. Cockroach in the room and lock on the handle wouldn’t lock. Stay away.

I would like a refund my room was horrible I couldn’t get in my room I had to walk back and forth to the front desk for new keys that didn’t work , the front desk clerk had to come open the door with a master key , the air conditioning was horrible it was broken didn’t even work

It was clean, staff were great This is not a negative, because in my eyes they are working to upgrade the property. Which told me they saw that the property need work and they are doing it.

Room was exceptionally clean. They are also remodeling so I was moved to a remodeled room the second day. Doing a nice job.

Front desk person did an exceptional job. Location was ideal for what I needed. Rooms were clean and despite being near the interstate it was quiet at night. Easy access to major highways. No breakfast due to office renovations.
