For a reasonable price, this hotel gets my Five Star rating. Close to everything and convenient if you need to stay in the NW suburbs of Chicago. Very clean with comfortable beds and the staff was top notch. We visit friends in the area frequently and this will be our go to hotel in the future!

The carpet was dirty. Selection of food limited because cooler was not working. Toilet was so low, you would think you were in an elementary school. Furniture in lobby very worn and cracking. Would not recommend until they upgrade.

The rooms are nice but the water pressure in the shower and toilets is very poor. Hot water was not a sure thing. The staff is extremely friendly but we received no housekeeping the first 3 days and then only after complaining. The interior courtyard is nice and so if you can get a room with that view I would recommend it.

The only issue was that the room was cleaned only once during our four-day stay, and we had to ask for towels because they weren't replaced or replenished with clean ones; I think it is very important to keep in mind that fresh towels are needed daily.

I loved the patio outside for our room, and the barista at the Starbucks was really sweet and did a lot to make us feel cared for on a special event trip. Everything felt really old, dirty, and worn down. The deadlocks kept auto popping on our door which made it hard to properly close when leaving. There appeared to be a blood stain on our curtain. We had no microwave in our room which was terrible as I needed it for medical reasons (as the guest of honor) and our fridge didn’t work which resulted in us losing over $100 of food.

Everything was nice

Location Mold in the shower, worn out bed sheets, deferred maintenance, marked up walls, bags of garbage on floor of ice room, loud neighbors every morning at 6 am.
-
Older property. Housekeeping cleaned every other day; no towel or coffee refresh done on. Off days. Dreary. Poor TV reception

I like the fact that Renee the bartender was open till 11 o’clock. We had a rough day of travel and that was a blessing to have that bar open and Christine at the front counter was just a smiling welcoming help with the rush if people checking in that night

Room was very clean. Bathroom sink drain was rusty. Walls are very thin as we heard our neighbors the entire time.

My room had long black hairs on the towels and hair balled up in between the bed and the nightstand. The door leading to the parking lot was broken and not secured. I was told that they come around and lock the door at 11pm to secure the hotel but I do not see how that was possible as the handle on the door is what was broken. Second morning there, I was woke up at 745am by the lawn mower and weed eater right under my window. The morning of checkout, they were apparently working on the rooms and had boxes and equipment all down the hallway, as well as drilling and hammering. The mess in the hallway made it difficult to get down the hallway with luggage. Not a pleasant experience.
