do not listen to the ad there’s no restaurant open no game room. The pool tiles were falling off. It was absolutely horrible. Rooms were dirty. The people that were staying there. It was more or less a motel not a hotel. Absolutely the worst experience me and my family ever had do not recommend.

The pool is amazing! Make sure you stay on the west side of the building that faces the pool. For the money, you can't beat the king size bed with a sleeper sofa room (pool view). This is definitely one of those "Go enjoy the pool" type of places. Don't look too closely at anything else though:)

First they asked me $50 deposit then they asked me hundred then they asked me 200 they were rude roaches they weren't nice the staff not all of them they need more training

The room had bugs roaches and gnats rust was around the doors other guests were noisy no drapes lights were shinning in windows no coffee only bagels apples for breakfast toaster wasn't working properly vanity kept holding water wasn't draining shower dripped all night I was so disappointed on my stay I will never stay at Opal again very disheartening.

No phone, no remote for tv, key gave trouble, didnt have ext blanket.. Trash all over the place. Only area clean was the pool. Not my first time there, but my last. 😡

It has the continental breakfast but I get just coffee im not a breakfast person also all the staff that I have encountered has been very pleasant and friendly and Mr Brian has been a great help for me..

The Room was clean but there were cockroaches in the room.

The poool was amazing the breakfast was just toast and cereal the stafff when I checked in was amazing the other ones not so much not rude just felt like they didn’t want to be aat work

Well the room was clean and big but the hotel on Thursdays have some type of club in the lobby area And the breakfast that was supposed to be for free was never had barely ever items no matter what time u went I was told by one of the hotel staff that the truck hasn’t come in but I was there 7 days and it never came So we never had any breakfast

Nothing the staff member was nice I did not enjoy my stay at this hotel. The hotel was very dirty, and the room did not feel clean at all. The bed and bathroom were dirty, and the AC seemed to be blowing out dust, which made the room feel dusty and uncomfortable. I even started feeling sick overnight because of the condition of the room. Overall, it was not a pleasant experience, and I would not stay here again.

Yes, the air conditioner didn't work properly. There were roaches in the room. I have pictures to prove it, and I'm very disappointed with that.
