On arrival the front desk staff were short and rude. when we went to pool there were no towels we asked front desk 3 times and they said towels were there. 4th time said a girl was on her way with them and never showed up. They couldn’t have been more rude. There was blood on pool deck not cleaned up for entire stay. There was fake nail sitting on pool deck as well. Water fountain was rusted. Staff told us to use water fountain to fill bottles instead of offering the water in restaurant, which we saw other guests use. They forgot to offer the wedding bags to guests and my niece got stuck with so many leftovers. The charging outlet in room in between beds didn’t work it came out of the wall. The other outlet in the room didn’t work and the outlet in bathroom didn’t work so we couldn’t get ready in front of mirror for wedding. The iron in the room melted my husbands shirt. My niece called hotel for shuttle for us on Saturday and when we asked a rude person at desk said they are reserved for weddings and not for us. We ended up spending so much money in Ubers. We paid same amount so why weren’t we entitled to a shuttle when we were promised it on the phone. It was one of the worst experiences I ever had traveling. I have never stayed at a Hilton before because I choose Marriott. We stayed here because this is where the block of rooms were. I will never stay at Hilton again and will tell everyone about my experience. For the price it was gross and we were treated so poorly.

The exterior of the property was beautiful and well kept. The lobby was also clean and beautifully decorated.

My husband and I stayed here while visiting Atlanta. Everything was great, clean room, friendly staff, and no issues during our stay. We enjoyed our visit and would recommend this hotel.

Good breakfast with healthy options. Pool area also enjoyable. Nice and safe location. Noisy AC in the room. Ended up sleeping without AC but was cool enough though.

As a Diamond member, we expect a quality experience at any Hilton location. Not only did the front desk agent give us the worst room, the lunch and dinner options in the restaurant were inedible. When we spoke to a waiter, she became defensive. One waiter actually exhibited the level of customer service we are accustomed to having. A housekeeper rudely interrupted our rest around 9:30am, banging on the door with a screwdriver or heavy-duty pen only to ask if we were checking out. We could hear her doing the same thing to the rooms around us. One front desk manager, Tricia saved the day on the third night. She upgraded our room and owned the subpar service rather than make excuses. She ensured we were squared away for our final 24 hours. If she had not stepped in, we would have cancelled our reservation and checked out early. Here is my recommendation: For breakfast, food is a 7/10 and runs about $25 per person unless you choose Hilton benefits. Eat at Nahm for dinner. Request the same level of service you receive at other Hilton Hotels.

I liked the front desk staff and restaurant staff. Housekeeping was okay but missed a few steps like filling up the soap. Otherwise, this was a very nice hotel with an upscale reasonably priced menu.

Hotel was excellent. However they put us in the wrong room. My last name was the same name as another guests first name and they put me in that room. AND they charged my account a large sum for a room that I had already paid in full for. Finally got that straightened out and the charge recalled and thought everything was ok. UNTIL the day after I checked out my wife checked our account and found that we had been charged for another room. Had to call again. After several conversations this charge was recalled as well. Needless to say I am watching my account closely. Sorry this review is so long. Hardly ever write one. Just thought I should share this. I bet many people get charged and don’t check it that closely. I’d be hesitant to stay here again.
