Super friendly staff. Especially enjoyed having conversations with Pierre at the front desk; he was very helpful and courteous. Breakfast was great, and I loved the free happy hour drinks. My only small gripe was the room's carpet. It was filled with stains, so I really didn't feel comfortable walking around barefoot. I realize it's hard to maintain because of all the foot traffic, and some people don't respect other people's property. All in all, I enjoyed my stay and would return to Embassy Suites.

I was just a little disappointed over all it was my anniversary and I got mixed feelings The carpet in my room was dirty the bed was just so uncomfortable the pillows were old the room just need up grading

Booked a king suite but given suite with two double beds. Hotel staff did not try to control children or talk to parents who were unruly during visit causing noise to resonate until late in the evening.

My air conditioning wasn’t working even after maintenance came to fix it and when I told the front desk regarding how it impacted my stay they just said they’ll see if I can get some points other than that it was nice but sleeping hot is not good sleeping at all

None The amenities I paid for were not available. I paid for a hotel with indoor swimming pool which was not available. I paid for a king-sized room but was given a double queen and told no king size rooms were available. The hotel was old and dated and just not worth the $200 a night price tag. I could have spent far less just across the street and gotten everything that I wanted from the experience.

The hotel was very nice. I liked the room, comfortable beds, wonderful breakfast. The breakfast staff was really nice. The man serving the drinks for the evening reception was very rude. The pool was closed and we didn’t receive an email or any sort of communication to inform us of the closure.
