We loved Melinda the host!! She was kind, accommodating, sweet, intelligent and a phenomenal cook! Nothing!

Beautiful room and grounds. Quiet and peaceful.

A hidden gem, really more of a small farm and I didn’t even know it had horses, chickens, gardens and even a lovely pool with pool house! The only thing I didn’t like were the sheets but I am sure they would be fine for most people. I am just a sheet snob. The towels, however were thick and fluffy!

We absolutely LOVE The Birdnest Inn. Melinda is not just the host of this marvelous inn, she’s more like family to us now. We have stayed here multiple times for several reasons. Melinda uses the BEST linens possible! So very comfortable. Sound machines, multiple outlets, chocolates for bedtime, basket of snacks and fresh cookies to greet us when we arrive. But best of all is the fabulous breakfast: Farm to table style…fresh eggs, homemade bread and jam (Melinda’s specialty) and fresh fruit. Everything is perfect. Not applicable because everything is perfect

We loved staying at the BNI!!! The room was cozy, the bed and sheets were amazing. Everything was perfect! From the breakfast, the owner, the farm animals all the way down to the tiny details like snacks in the room and playing cards in the Den! My daughter and I had the best Mommy & Me Girls Getaway!

Each morning started with the most delicious homemade breakfasts, lovingly prepared with fresh ingredients straight from the garden. You can truly taste the care and pride that goes into every dish! It was the perfect way to begin each day. The Bird’s Nest Inn is a true gem—warm, peaceful, and filled with heart. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable stay! Nothing

The location and the hospitality!

The breakfasts were fantastic. Homemade pancakes, waffles, eggs, fruit, bacon, orange juice and coffee. The room was beautiful, very comfortable and quiet. The garden was peaceful with flowing water sounds and many varieties of plants and of course - birds!

Absolutely INCREDIBLE innkeeper. Located on a beautiful property. Fresh breakfast with a few creative homemade choices. We were traveling from New England to winter residence in Florida. This will be a regular stop on our annual trek. Thanks again Melinda!!!

Everything Nothing

The Birdnest Inn is a very warm and welcoming property. It was like staying in your own home (if you happen to live in an art museum). Very pet friendly and accommodating to all our needs during our three night stay. Nothing negative was experienced during our stay.

There are so many wonderful and eco-friendly details, too many to list. Every detail thought of! The owner/host(s) has made this Inn an amazing experience. We will return if we're ever on a road trip again in the area. Absolutely nothing. Excellent experience all around

Wonderful decor and luxuriously appointed. Fabulous garden. Lovely homemade breakfast including home produced eggs, bread, jam etc No option to walk anywhere from the inn....have to get in a car to eat supper etc

The breakfast was absolutely delightful, made even more special by the fact that it came straight from Melinda’s own garden and her chickens.
